WE ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF CREATING A FUN, HAPPY, HUMOROUS, AND BEAUTIFUL WORLD Tee4Lives is a rapidly-growing startup with the singular objective of spreading joy, laughter, happiness, and cheer. Our fully customizable products enable you to create memorable gifts and keepsakes that can evoke a host of emotions, from sheer delight to a flood of bitter-sweet memories. For artists, Tee4Lives offers a powerful mode of expression beyond the ordinary. We strive to enable creative artists to express themselves in clever and thought-provoking ways. Whether you wish to be inventive, satirical, nostalgic, pensive, or downright audacious, Tee4Lives is here to bring your vision to life. Our superfast, personalized service will take your idea and turn it into a tangible reality, delivered right to your doorstep in record time. AND WE LOVE DOING IT! Tee4Lives is the brainchild of Henry. It's the product of his burning passion for creating something genuinely fresh, amusing, and delightful for everyone. During her years in a corporate job as a marketer, Henry realized that her skills, talent, and passion were being stifled in an environment that thrives on uniformity, even at the cost of ingenuity. The "don't fix what ain't broke" philosophy never resonated with her. He wanted to push the boundaries of creativity, imagination, and excellence, persistently. For that, she realized, she had to chart her own path, and that's how Tee4Lives was born. What started as a one-person army would soon grow into a 10-member strong team. Soon, Henry would find a partner that would complement her skills just perfectly. While Henry continues to be the brain behind Tee4Lives, his cofounder Alex, a brilliant and accomplished designer, is the heart of the startup taking care of the artistic side of things.

Hi Janice,
We are really sorry for your experience at our store and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. As we have checked, we already sent you an email on Nov 17th to explain with you about your case. The item you order is a fleece blanket and the item in the screenshot you sent us is a quilted blanket. Moreover, the wording is totally different. We are afraid that you made a mistake during ordering. According to our policy, if we sent you the right item in your original order, we do not issue a refund. However, we still assisted you to have the replacement and ask for your confirmation about the item before we process it but we received no answer.
Hope you understand that we made an effort in resolving your problem. We can still process a replacement for you if you want. Please contact us via our email customer@tee4lives.com for more information.
Kind regards,
I LOVE,LOVE the blanket!!
I LOVE,LOVE the blanket!!! It was much better than I expected! Thankyou , will order more from you. Suzanne

I loved my item the only thing I did not like was I got a email stating that they were shipping my item without me approving the change I had made to my item it took me 3 days to respond because I don't check my email everyday and it was a holiday week.
So that was my only complaint lucky I was happy with the changes I made the 2nd time

Hi Mary,
Thank you for your contribution and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during your last purchase. We contacted you for confirmation about the 2nd artwork but received no response. Because after checking, we found that the artwork's wording was correct to your request, so we had to ship the goods to avoid delays during the epidemic season. Hope you understand that we just wanted you to receive your item sooner. Once again, we apologize for making you unhappy.
Going forward, we are going to take steps to ensure that this situation does not happen again. We have included a 20% discount code: 20off which you can use while shopping with us next time. We value our relationship with our customers and will ensure that we are doing everything to keep you satisfied.
Thanks for your patience.

5 star
This is my second time purchasing the customade blanket. Seriously, nothing much to complain about, fast response, reasonable price, custom made, great attitude. They even emailed and double checked on me when I accidentally ordered the same product twice. Only the shipping, if there is more info for that would be great, but seriously, its covid...everywhere is about the same. So I'm still standing a strong 5 star. Great work!

no returns/exhanges
I'm very displeased with the lack of a return policy. Will probably never purchase something from this site again, as there is a NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY. I bought a tee shirt as a gift, and if it doesn't fit, the company says - oh well, sorry. Poor business policy.

Hi Jodie,
We sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting while we checked the situation with our carrier. They informed us that the shipment from the US to the CA is not showing full tracking.
Therefore, the current location of the order will not be updated on the tracking number until the package almost reaches the local area.
We hope that you understand and wait patiently because the carrier is trying their best to deliver your order as soon as possible. You can use this alternative tracking number https://www.ups.com/trackloc=en_US&tracknum=1Z6F57646630627214&requester=WT/trackdetails to check with local p.o in your country for more information.
Once again, we apologize for the delay. Hope you can sympathize with us as well as the delivery unit during this difficult time.
If you have any other issues that require assistance, please contact us. We are happy to help.

Wonderful gift
I sent this as a Christmas gift to my daughter who is on the other side of the country. She just told me that the blanket is very soft and when she wraps the blanket around her, she feels like she’s being hugged by me! Great sentimental gift!

Great Products
Great Products, reasonable prices and fantastic aftersales service for international customers where there was a bit of a delay in shipping due to Covid-19. Cant really blame the company for that as they were open and honest as well as helped to track packages. Will use them again. Regards
Neville.

Teaching them young
My 11 year old ordered a blanket for her sister. We got the blanket and she was like, its smaller than I thought. I showed and taught her to read the whole product listing. She now knows to look at it all. But, she was extremely happy and can't wait till Christmas to give it to her. Great product guys. Will purchase again.
