I ordered the prince t-shirt and mask combo I received the t-shirt but not the mask ordered April 26..Still waiting beware of this company rip off!! I still want my 15.99 back!! I’m reporting to the BBB

Worst company ever! I ordered a Mac Miller t shirt for a birthday gift on April 28th for a bday in early June! I figured that would be plenty of time for it to come in! Well I still haven’t gotten it and the birthday passed! I’ve emailed numerous times and I keep getting the same “your order will be ready shortly” email back! I’ve asked for a refund bc at this point the t shirts pointless and I was told that can’t be done! I will never order from them again!! Such a waste of money

Tried calling and emailing but no response.

Would not recommend ordering from here again...

Order two Prince mask 4/29/2020 and STILL WAITING! I called on June 9th, answering machine said “ sorry due to COVID-19 they are experiencing delays “ I THINK I GOT ROBBED!!!!

Ordered the Prince hooded sweatshirt, in purple of course, on May 1st. It took about a week longer than posted. Not too big of a problem with that. But other than that I was pleased with the quality of the printing & the material. And so was my daughter, who is delighted to wear it.

I ordered the limited edition Prince hooded sweatshirt on May 1st for a friend who absolutely loves Prince. He is also a Whole Foods employee so whether he wanted to be a "hero" or not, he had to work and he was becoming depressed. His birthday was May 22nd and I thought this would be a nice gift I figured since I ordered on May 1st, there would be plenty of time to print a shirt (it's not like they were hand stitching the sweatshirt) even with shipping delays. I sell stuff online and I am well aware of the shipping delays during Covid-19. During this time I personally ordered as well as sold several items that all arrived at their destinations within 10 days. Unfortunately shipping didn't take nearly as long as processing. My payment was gladly taken and processed on May 1st, but it took 22 days for it to ship (the day of my friends birthday) and another 8 days to arrive. Customer service could only be reached by a generic contact form online and their response upon requests regarding the delay; were evasive at best. Sweatshirt when it finally came was good quality and my friend loved it, so if you are willing to wait; it may be worth it buying from this company.

So I as well ordered a prince mask on. 5/2. Still nothing as of today. Still says printing the automated call says in 5 days they will ship..ya ok. It seems masks are not their specialty. I guess if you order everything else you get it but this is ridiculous to wait this long for a mask that ain't even coming from across seas!! I really wanted to get this for my mom but I will never do business with this place again!! Just give me my mask!! And have an actual person answer the damn phone!!

Ordered a Prince mask on 4/27/20. They took my money immediately but it's now JUNE 1st and no sign of my mask. It has been "printing" according to their website for the past 4 weeks. I've contacted them a number of times. You can't get a person on the phone and the email responses are automated. I guess since they have "File a Claim" so prominently displayed on their site, they must fail on a regular basis. The BBB is lit up with complaints about them.

I ordered 3 Prince Symbol mask over a month ago per the website it will be 5-15 days then email order 14-21 days delays in shipping order because of COVID ( no problem) if by then if you haven't received order call/ contact us. I did both. The call is automated not live person tells you to contact via email.
I did that and requested reund their reply was working to make sure order is perfect. I contacted my bank got my money back.
Been patient enough.

My honest experience was it took almost a month to receive my shirt and at the time I was very impatient however when I finally received my shirt yesterday I can say I am super pleased at the material and fit as well as how it feels and stands out! Like I said it feels like it takes for ever to receive your products but in all honest it is well worth the wait!

Ordered two (2) masks on 4/26/2020. To date, I have not received them; has been on printing status for at least three (3) weeks! I contacted the company on 5/20/2020 & demanded my order be cancelled & a refund be issued. After several canned/copy & paste responses, I received a 30% refund. I contacted the company again on 5/28/2020 requesting my order be cancelled & demanding a refund. After another round of canned/copy & paste responses the company has stopped responding to me all together. My order is still print status! This company is obviously very ill prepared at production.

Ordered face mask on 04/27 and still showing in printing status.

Ordered Prince mask on May 1st. Have not received it as of May 25th. Shipment tracking says it is still in "printing" process. The pandemic will be over before I receive it!

Ordered a Prince face mask on 4/27/20. Still have not received. It has been nearly a month now. Terrible wait time. Every time I check back it says “order printing”. And according to their site, you can’t cancel an order once it’s “printing.” Been printing since I placed order. And yes, they took the $14.95 plus shipping, up front. Thumbs down.

These t-shirts are awesome. I purchased 3 of them and love all 3.
I was also very pleased with the time it took to receive them.

I ordered the Prince hoodie in purple and it is gorgeous!! I would order it again in a heartbeat. Shipping took a while but that seems to be the case for many places at this time, so I'm not going to ding them for that.

Shirts arrived and they look great. Shipping too a little long but very pleased with order.

Came quickly and very pleased with my shirt. Will definitely be ordering more.
