Great choice of good quality products…
Great choice of good quality products super quick delivery .
My only issue was with the delivery cost a small item that could fit in a standard envelope £5 delivery charge!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Builders who broke part of my delivery four years ago never took responsibility and TEK sent me replacement parts for free all those years later because it took me so long to sort out!

I bought g80 replacement bulbs for 4 g95 led dimmable globe bulbs as the previous lot had started to fail after less than 2 years. So good on service, not so good on quality especially longevity, but good for price.

I bought an LED strip light from TekLed…
I bought an LED strip light from TekLed last week, but unfortunately it was faulty when I unpacked and tested it. I contacted their customer service expecting the usual hassle of having to return the faulty item before receiving a replacement. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find that a new one was already on its way.
The replacement arrived the very next day, worked perfectly, and the whole process was handled quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service, no fuss, and a company that clearly stands behind its products. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from TekLed again. Highly recommended

Order placed and due to be delivered Monday. Parcel never arrived and we are now Saturday. Company stated complaint raised with courier and still now we have heard nothing. No offer of re sending missing item and no offer of refund

We did everything we could to ensure your original order was delivered, but once it became clear that it was unlikely to arrive, we immediately arranged and dispatched a replacement rather than waiting any longer. At the same time, we raised an investigation with the courier, as they are responsible for locating the missing parcel and providing updates.
We understand that the lack of communication regarding the courier's investigation has been frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for that. Our intention was always to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we're sorry that your experience fell short of the standard we aim to provide.
