Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I recently purchased a product via Amazon. They delivered a single it instead of a 5pk. I contacted Tekled support directly and they were very helpful and posted me the missing items which I received next day.

We love the light fittings we bought from Tekled. Their style, delivery and price are great.
But we won't buy from them again
Within a few weeks a shade got broken and we cannot replace it. They don't sell replacement shades and the fitting hole sizes are non standard meaning that we can't buy replacements elsewhere.
It leaves us with 3 options:
Putting up with a missing shade from a matching pair of fittings
Or
Having to replace all the fittings
Or
Getting a bespoke shade made by a glass maker.
None are acceptable.
We wrote to Tekled asking where we can get a replacement shade and got no response.
We will pay more elsewhere next time.

We would like to clarify that we have definitely responded to all customer enquiries, and we do not leave messages unanswered. It’s possible that our reply may have gone to your spam/junk folder or that there was an issue with delivery.
Regarding the spare shade, unfortunately in some cases we may not have individual glass parts available, or the specific item may be out of stock, which can limit replacement options. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when trying to maintain a matching set.
That said, we’d really like to look into this further and see if there is anything we can do to help. Could you please provide your order details and the name used on the purchase so we can investigate this for you?
We truly appreciate your comments on sustainability and repairability — it’s something we take seriously and are continuously working to improve.
Great value garden uplighters
Second batch of these garden uplighters I've bought from TEKLED, they work really well, feel well made and the first ones we fitted are still running without fault, only been a year, but no issues to report. New batch look slightly different in their design to the originals ones, not fitted yet so waiting to see how they perform by comparison but hopefully just as good as the first. Good price and swift delivery too from TEKLED.

Was looking for some outdoor lights in…
Was looking for some outdoor lights in which I could replace the bulbs individually when not working and found these Castor lights. Had 50 with 6 replacement bulbs. Tried and all working but have not put up yet as we need to get some cable to attach them to as need to cover over the 5ft expanse as guided. I’m sure they will be great once up over our terrace

The light won’t work
The light didn’t work however once connected Tekled replaced the unit straight away with no issues, great service

The item and service from the seller…
The item and service from the seller was excellent, the greatest let down was the choice of carrier, DHL won't allow you to change the delivery until they've attempted to deliver and failed, I then chose one of their collection points this was confirmed and I was told I would receive a collection code when it been delivered, I never did. I went to the collection point where it had indeed been delivered the shop keeper then contacted DHL customer service ! where I was then put on hold for over 20 minutes. The carrier is by far the worst I know, way behind Evri, royal mail od dpd, I certainly would not use DHL .

Good service but article was slightly damaged during delivery

Shipping was v fast but…
Shipping was v fast - pricing ok .
However the on line images and detail is lacking. This is an all plastic unit so only fed by live/ neutral lighting ‘flex’ no earth required . It is led so thats ok, but what is a real disappointment is that the cable feed is out of the end of the unit - you do get a connector block but the cable tail is only about 50mm.
When replacing neon tube light fittings as I am doing where you can choose where the cable exits the unit, this is a pain. The TechLed unit appears to be sealed

Customer service and delivery is exceptional
I purchased some light bulbs and one failed shortly after fitting. I contacted Tekled and asked to buy a single bulb. Without quibble, I was sent a replacement. That’s customer service.

Worth the money, only small issues
The light fitting I bought looks exactly as described so no issues there. The casing to attach it to the ceiling could be a little more study. The connector box for the lights isn't really appropriate for this kind of fitting (there are 5 live, 5 neutral and 1 earth wire and the connector box only has one port for each wire type. If it was just 2 of each wire it would be fine but with 5 of each they don't really fit). But you get what you pay for and this was a really cheap price for a fancy looking light.
