Watch was better than I expected and I would definitely use them again to buy another watch

I purchased a Rolex watch from Jibrael, very professional, and genuine, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again or recommend him to friends and family. When you spend your hard earned money, you need to trust the people who you are buying from. Always a great selection too.

Tempvs were very professional from start to finish, I contacted them using what’s app and they always replied promptly and answered all my questions fully. They explained the whole process very clearly and gave me a much better quote on selling a Rolex watch than other places did. When we arrived at the shop they inspected the watch while we waited and were very honest and paid what they had quoted online with out trying to lower the price at all.
Money was paid into the bank instantly with no issue.

I found the watches to be very good examples of some pretty high-end stuff; most importantly, the pricing is very reasonable and whilst Tempvs are there to make a profit, I felt that I was getting a very fair deal and left with a positive post purchase feeling. Most telling, was when the gift I bought (a sweet Tudor Prince Date with a generous part-exchange on a Cartier Tanque Francais) was 'unwanted', I called Gabriel and he offered a full refund with no quibbles at all. In fact, when I went back to collect my Cartier, it had been cleaned and polished which was a real bonus. Reema who originally served me was also utterly charming and a pleasure to deal with. All in all, it was a really nice experience and my new first 'go to' for all watch matters...I cant recommend Tempvs Watches highly enough.....authentic, real, not flashy and I get the feeling they really care so people will return again and again....good work guys!
