Review of the TENS machine combination pack
Just to let you know, I've just written two reviews with "TrustPilot" today, both on the Foot Pads Electrodes and the machine itself. I like the idea of the TENS electrical muscle stimulation etc., and I'll be seeing my physiotherapist soon to discuss best uses of the machine for maximum effectiveness - I still need to practice the machine's techniques and it will take time. Delivery of the product was spot-on, very quick; the packaging into the convenient case with the machine, electrodes, adaptor for 240V etc., is very good for portability.

Fantastically fast processing time
Fantastically fast processing time. From the time I ordered it until delivery was 4 days with express post to Darwin. I thought it was great value for money, and works as expected. Compact and light enough to use it during travel. Have recommended it to a friend who also purchased one who's also very happy with his machine.

Way too complex for home use.
Customer service doesn't exist - I have emailed them twice and they have never replied.
I have tried to understand how to use this machine but it's so complicated and the manual is also impossible to follow... Too many parameters to nagivate for a home-use product. I gave up and it's been sitting in a drawer and nobody is using it.
