I have placed an order recently from a gift card. I have received no communication from the company regarding my order, when I have reached out there is little to no communication whatsoever. The tracking states that it was tracked 2-3 working days shipping and it has been over a week since. I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service I have/ have not received.

Best jewellery you can buy for the price, nothing ever comes close, absolutely zero green marks, quality is on top even after wearing it in the shower, to bed etc. won’t be buying from anyone else👍🏼

Chain and bracelet exactly as described and seems excellent quality. Ordered the gift box in large which was definitely worth doing as it looks the part. Very quick delivery with excellent communication. Worth the money for sure and would highly recommend.

I have ordered from this company for a few years now, orders have always come quickly and of a high quality with value for money, I had to send one item back last year due to the item being small but the exchange procedure was quick and efficient and we got sent the appropriate size. I ordered one a 5mm Miami Cuban (20”) it came as it was ordered it took 2 days to be dispatched and once shipped in came in less than 24 hours. Thank you so much, Tericci is also great and fast to response to support.

Truly poor non-existent customer service. We ordered a bracelet that was too big and simply wanted to send it back to arrange an exchange. We didn’t even want a refund. We were happy for the company to keep our money. We just wanted a product that fits. The information on the delivery note that came with the order does not include return or exchange information. You must send an email to the company quoting the order number. They simply never respond. They also have the audacity on their website to complain that poor reviews online are probably from competitors. This is highly unlikely, it’s a real shame. The products are very good, but the customer service is non-existent. Please save your money and stay away if you require any form of after-care or customer service.

I recently purchased the 925 Silver 8mm Miami Cuban link chain and I could not be happier. I’d been looking for a solid 925 silver Cuban link with a box clasp for absolutely ages until I came across Tericci. The chain’s craftsmanship is excellent, it has a nice weight to it and the box clasp is secure with no room for movement. Delivery was also fantastic and prompt as it arrived in 4 working days. The box that the chain was inside and the outer packaging was securely wrapped aswell as being discrete. In terms of value for money you’re paying for a premium product that will last a lifetime for a fair price. I will definitely be making another purchase!
