We had an amazing experience learning about burrata with Marco and Umberto, were actively involved in the making and shaping of mozzarella, fior di latte and burrata! Such a fun activity to do and by far the freshest burrata we've ever had!! Definitely recommend!

We had a super half day at Masseria Madonna dell Arco (family of four). Marco was a fantastic, warm and knowledgeable host. He took his time and showed us around the farm, explained the cheese making processes (which were demonstrated by an incredibly experienced Franco and team) and we also got to make our own pasta with Roberto. The icing on the cake was the tasting session at the end - cold meats, burrata, mozzarella, ricotta all with freshly homemade bread and some delicious wine. A very memorable experience! Thank you very much Marco!

We recently had a pizza making experience with Davide. It was pure delight. The setting and chef/host was special. We (4) were able to make our own pizza after an informative instructional demo and Davide made a dessert pizza and home made limoncello for dessert. Beverages were available and fresh pizza toppings for us. Great experience!

We had a wonderful time on this tour. We got to see the dairy cows and so many other animals, and also got to see how the cheese was made, shaped and prepared. The cheese and appetizer platter provided to us was delicious and plentiful, and we highly enjoyed this tour and would recommend it!

We had a great time with Marco and his tour on the farm. Very fun and. educational and of course making mozzarella and burrata with Umberto. That was something special!! Afterwards we had wine and cold cuts and of course the burrata and mozzarella we made ourselves. It wa so much we had to take it home and enjoyed eating the cheeses for another 2 days!!
Highly recommended.

Terra che Vive’s hands-on “Dairyman for a Day” experience was terrific. The experience started with Terra che Vive’s Marco showing us around the farm. Then we were taught how to make 4 types of fresh cheese, including mozzarella and burrata — participating, and tasting, every step along the way. The cheesemaker that Terra che Vive works with is outgoing and patient, and with Marco translating, was happy to help us and answer our questions. Afterwards, we were served what we made, along with a selection of the dairy’s other cheeses, salumni, bread, and local wine. Highly recommend to people who like to deep-dive into the traditional foods of the places they visit.

Marco was on his game from start to finish. Great communications and incredible ability to translate. The dairy farmer for the day was fantastic with a hands on experience making cheeses with Umberto.
We started with milk, adding ingredients to form the curds, then manipulating the curds and on to forming the burrata and watching the expert cheese maker create a fantastic fior di latte ball. Such a great time. Finished with a light meal of cheese and meat.
Price was more than fair.
