Ordered it December still waiting for them too arrive had plenty emails saying its been dispatched and arrived but nothing utter joke also no refund policy either

Terror Threads is by far the greatest. I’ve ordered from them four times now and every time it’s perfect. The Hoodies are the best quality, very vivid beautiful artwork. Especially on my Sienna Angel Warrior Hoodie I recently got from the Terrifier 2 collection. Highly recommended! Love Terror Threads!
Their colorful designs holdup over time and do not fade. The selections are killer and extremely unique. Well worth it for the quality.

I've ordered from Terror Threads for several years now; we're talking 50+ orders for me at this point. They've never messed up an order (all correct and complete), they've always shipped when they said they would (if not earlier), and their designs and print quality are top-notch. I order from a dozen different horror shirt companies, and Terror Threads is one of my favorites for their consistent quality and their design offerings.
Terrorthreads is really a shop to go for the Horror fans. They sell the greatest merchandise from many movies, many fan favorites. And the quality of the stuff is incredible.

Oh im sorry that you feel thats a proper apology, cause its not doing somethingabout the lost packageis an apology. Yall are extremelysad and greedy.I use to buy from these guys a lot. Until last year I spent almost 90 bucks for 2 shirts for my cousins birthday. The shirts never made it to her I contacted Terror Threads they pretty much didn't care and absolutely refused to do anything wouldn't help me in anyway. The emails were less than nice got a attitude told me there's nothing they could do. Wouldn't even help me with seeing what happened or nothing. Terror Threads are a horrible business that don't care about the customer nor about how much money you've spe t or if the package gets lost they don't care. Absolutely a sorry business. Go elsewhere. Fright Rags or Cavity Colors where they take care of the customer and treat them right. This happened on 04/29/24 . I still have every email from them asking for there help multiple times.

We’re sorry to hear your package never made it to your cousin. We reviewed your order and confirmed it was shipped to the apartment address you provided and marked as delivered by USPS. Once an order shows as delivered, we don’t have control over what happens next, but we always try to help customers take the proper steps with the carrier.
We understand how frustrating it is when a package goes missing, especially when it’s a gift. In situations like this, we recommend shipping to yourself or a more secure location to prevent delivery issues.
We take pride in our products and customer service and we care deeply about our customers. It’s unfortunate this situation led you to feel otherwise, and we truly wish it had turned out differently.
I would not recommend anyone from Germany to order from this shop. I never received my Terrifier T-shirt, and to this day, I haven’t received a clear answer or a refund. This is not how proper customer service works.
It feels like they’re just hoping I’ll forget about it because I’m overseas – but that’s not how you treat people. There are many better, more affordable alternatives out there that actually care about their customers. Stay away from this shop.
So far have waited over 2 weeks for my order and still hasn’t been dispatched. Infuriating!

Ordered the Terrifier backpack from them and within 5 days of ordering it was delivered to me which seeing as its journey was USA to UK I was surprised at its speedy delivery. The bag is also great quality and was packaged really well to survive the journey. Will definitely be a returning customer
