I love Tesco. I was in cork to buy something to eat and the Choice of food was excellent. From cheap food to good tasty cakes. Good choice of drinks and alcohol.

They are over working staff to the point of exhaustion. Hard to give good customer service when you are treated badly. This company makes so much profit at least they could show some appreciation to their low paid staff by upping their wages stop no contract work and do better hours. The real point of this review is to do with their lasagna in a 16 euro deal I thought was great as three side came with it. Well it was the nastiest thing I've ever eaten. The mince was like gravel the sauce had a horrible aftertaste do not buy this as its the worst and not value for money. I had to throw it out it's inedible unless you have no taste buds. I'd say tesco is one of the worst places to work and it's food is going fast down the scale of quality. Here treat your staff like humans you nightmare of a company.

All of the groceries on my order were in perfect condition and they were the products that I asked for. Delivery was bang on time, but the driver was a bit non-caring, which is fine. The only problem that I had was the Tesco website took 2 hours to verify my EBS purchase, which was very stressful.

Just spoke to Shannon Customer Service Manager regarding two complaints.

In short she wasn't interested in my complaint .She clearly got fed up listening to me,she dismissively and sarcastically told me to have a good day before hanging up on me.

Meal deals are so disgusting I wouldnt feed the food to a dog. One bite out of the sandwich and it was in the bin. Their food is a chemical experiment. Absolutely disgusting

Toda y i did go shopping in tesco edenderry and the staff there are amazing. I had kids with me and the checkout staff helped me pack ma stuff and helped me push the trolley to the car

Great staff, very nice to deal with and they go out of their way to help in Bray Store on Vevey road.

Bought a phone with a good plan there.

Terrible and misleading. One amount is shown and then they change it themselves to bring threshold below free delivery and charge 8€ for that slot despite delivery saver.
Useless and scripted customer service, and extreme lack of transparency.

My house has been shopping in Tesco for the past 30 years and the household will not be shopping in any Tesco shops In Dublin. I've visited Clare hall santry artane kilbarrack navan road Fairview drumcondra Tesco's. They're standards in staff and customer service are extremely poor. They're store brand products they have missing from the shelves 2-3 weeks without. Staff mix up on products with stock take I was told by a Tesco supervisor. Customer service line doesn't have any Answers in relation to stock levels and will take your contact details but no response to your question. I was Hung up on by the Dublin 5 store after waiting 25 minutes to speak to the store manager they would only offer a duty Manager whom I've dealt with and wouldn't be bothered checking stock levels when Asked In person. The old saying for Tesco. 'if it's not on the shelf it's not there'

My wife and I were followed from isle to isle by the security guard and made to feel like a criminal, even though I was the one getting robbed by your prices. ..never again will I shop here

I ordered an iPhone on the website and was told that I couldn’t have a bill pay phone. I was told I’d get a refund but I’m still waiting for it. I then decided I’d have an upfront payment for a phone and that didn’t go through either. Now Tesco owes me for two transactions. This website seems bogus. If I don’t qualify for a phone then why don’t they refund right away

Tesco Enfield - took a 2 litre of milk from the back of the fridge and in doing so I moved one at the front. I shut the fridge door and as I walked away older female staff member said "would it have killed you to put it back". I believe that's her job. I won't be setting foot in the store again . Not my first bad experience with this store.

Purchased melon along with many other items at Tesco's Cavan store and back at home I noticed melon's moldy bad part was covered by labels. Obviously they did cover it to sell instead of putting it in the waste bin. I put in the bin at home instead of them. Shame on Tesco staff who is responsible for this trick.

Collected a click and collect today in z Tesco Edenderry. Goods transferred to my car with speed and good humour. As usual an excellent service from Click and collect.

Tesco phone mobile shop in poleberry in waterford city fantastic service from gavin he was a great help setting up my new policy. On the 2/09/25 .

Club card reductions are good, staff pleasant and a good range of products. Clean store and adjacent parking!
