I had a very poor experience. I paid for a 2‑hour pre‑test lesson, but the instructor repeatedly kept his foot on the brake pedal, making it impossible to continue safely. We had to stop after about a short time.

He also gave incorrect information during the vehicle checks, insisting that the brake fluid reservoir was the coolant reservoir and vice versa, despite the brake fluid cap clearly stating “BRAKE FLUID” and the coolant reservoir being visibly connected to the radiator. Even after I showed him the correct information online, he continued to insist he was right.
This fell well below any reasonable professional standard, and I did not receive the service I paid for.

Guided me through all the questions and maneuvers, very positive overall.

My instructor Hamzah used just an hour to feed me and guide me on what to do and how to go by things during my driving test, with that I was able to secure a pass and am so grateful for his services.

Brilliant customer service! The driver was there on time really helped me through a tough spot! And even though I didn’t know the town, Ameer really helped me through getting used to the car and put me at ease before my test with practicing manoeuvres. I got used to the car with no pressure and I in turn passed my test on the day! Thanks guys it was great!

Was really helpful. Despite I opted for a shorter time frame the instructor was able to take me through potential test routes and pointed out need to knows. This was the main reason why my test was seamless and successful

I got let down by an instructor for the use of their car. I got in touch with these people. Came to my rescue drove to Chester gave me a very quick run through his car a quick 30 minute test. I passed my test with only 7 miners. Hamzah was the man
