I created an account and earned $35 went to pay out and all of a sudden I couldn't log on. I contacted support who said they have blocked my account because I have multiple accounts. This is simply not true. I had a 5 star rating and they are withholding my hard earned funds for no reason and not responding to my emails.i would avoid user brain.

So far, although I’ve been relatively new, that support has been quite responsive and on boarding showed no issues. Hoping to get more tests and fair to not a lot of profile questions which begs question how do you get more tests that are matched for you without getting matched hopefully this works

It is more and more rare that there are any jobs on this platform. A few years ago I was able to do jobs regularly but now it is rare. Overall, I figure why not sign up and if you het a job and make a few extra dollars then great.

5 minutes after I received a monthly charge, I reached out to the company to downgrade to the free version and request a refund. They refused to refund the charge and just quoted their "policy". I recommend that you consider alternatives to this company.

Testers don't matter for them at all. I had tests where I did most of the steps and for a few of the steps there were some problems with the prototype, which the customer has to make sure is working properly. They simply don't pay you for those. What about the time you wasted, they don't care. In other platforms, if it's the customer's fault they pay you, but in this one the customer is always right and you don't matter.

I am very happy with Userbrain platform. Other than I miss alot of test because so many people grab them so fast, which is a good thing. My payments are on time and so far I have had no issues getting paid. The deposits are quickly given within few hours after withdrawal and I plan on sticking with this and doing every test I can. I highly recommend Userbrain it is a great way to grab some extra income. I am very new at doing the reviews but I am getting better at it the more I do for them. I enjoy the Userbrain sites and have even continued to use some of them after testing them. I would like the ability to have more opportunities to use Userbrain.

I have worked with Userbrain for over 5 years. I really enjoy their platform compared to other testing sites, and compared to other sites, I have never had a late payment or any other issue with them! So, I HEAR their customer service support is top-notch, but I wouldn't know since I have never even once needed them!

I've been testing with this company long term. There reliable and offer steady work at a fair rate of pay. I've been pleased to have the work from them so recommended!

The most reliable participant experience I've had compared to competitors like User Interviews and User Testing (these used to be good, but have gotten diluted in the past few years). I like having a consistent payout for each test and keep them to about 5-15 minutes, and have made almost $50 in the first month alone. I wish that the screening criteria could be a bit more flexible, but I suppose that's on the side of the researcher.

Userbrain is the most legit platform for making little bit of money with not too much effort, it's simple to be effective and detail oriented when you just have to test for 10 minutes, with clear instructions, I'm very grateful for this company, the next level would be if you get tests daily and make living by it, so good luck ❤️

One of the best testing sites, frequent tests every day, 5$ for usually 5-15mins of testing is a fair price. Support are quick to respond, helpful and friendly and payouts are quick and easy.

One of the best platforms and as long as you are enjoying providing feedback you will not care if the test will take 40 minutes or 10 minutes for a compensation of 5$.
It's enough for me that they have an amazing support team where they will never give up on you and try their best to help you when you face an issue.
I had a one time error when I was uploading a mobile test and they did not receive the test but they were so generous and they gave me the compensation of this test.
I highly recommend this platform.

They are not in it to provide best experience.
They don't care if you use your credits or not as long as they charge for them.
They won't refund if you have months of unused credits. They'll just say sorry, nothing we can do.
