This is a very way of getting needed information to many people!

A number of callers that you show on your report as having live answered actually never received the call at all. I am the person who maintains the database, and I am the one who records the messages to be sent. In your report it shows that I received a call that was live answered. This is not accurate. I even checked with my cell phone provider who stated a call never came in from that number to my cell phone, and I never received it, so I can verify that the others in our agency who reported they never received the message are being honest about it. This happened to be a snow event of no consequence. However, if this had been a real-life emergency the fact that the message was not delivered is a HUGE issue, especially when your system reports that the messages are being delivered.
We have been a customer for over ten years and have convinced other agencies to join this service. I am sad that we might have to look for another alternative if this cannot be resolved.

Text-Em-All has great customer service and made sure that any issue I had were solved before our conversation was over.

Although I use it infrequently (mainly to communicate a company closure), I can always return to the main screen and navigate easily. The user experience is high because of it intuity.

My first time using and seems easy enough

Lots of features:
1) The ability to pay as you go rather than being saddled with a monthly fee is great. Had a "competing" service which started billing monthly and credits expired monthly if not used. If you use the service only for special events, monthly billing is very costly.

2) The ability to send text messages or voice mail is useful. Especially for the seniors we send messages to who are not text or tech savvy.

3) The interface is clean and it is easy to create and reuse message templates.

Easy to navigate.
QR code is a nice addition.
