My second time using the service and not my last.
They are fast at answering mails and at shipping out the packages.
The items are packaged really well, so all in all a really great service

The best for buying Thai artwork, clothing, merch etc. I've used them for a few purchases and they're always fast to purchase/ship items and pack everything neatly + quickly, which I appreciate!! Responsive and kind customer service whenever you contact them, can't recommend enough (:

I have been using Thaifii for a few years now, every experience has been good. They have updated their site a lot over time and all purchases are made in the website which I like, it is easier to keep organized. Fees can be a little expensive, but the service is great quality so I think it is worth it. Heavily recommend if you want to buy anything from Thailand!

I had a great experience! I wanted to order items from an artist on twitter while using a Google form for Pre-orders and it worked to use Thaifii!! All the items were packaged nicely when they arrived to me, lots of bubble wrap so the items were no damaged. I shipped a small book, stickers and acrylic items. The shipping and proxy service was very affordable. 🥰 I will come here again if I need to order from an artist from Thailand again, thank you!!

My old forwarding service had gone out of business and I was scouring the internet looking for another one but unfortunately none of them operated in Thailand, thankfully Thaifii was there for me and I was able to get my trading cards over the mail in less than 3 weeks! Hooray for Thaifii!

I've been collecting a certain brand of toys and as I was searching, they're mostly available in Thailand. I googled and found Thaifii offers buy-and-ship service for buyers from abroad. I'm from Philippines & I don't know anyone from TH so I decided to avail their services (after reading their very satisfactory reviews from TrustPilot).

Thaifii helped me buy most of my toy collections from Thailand. I gave them the product link from the Shopee Thailand stores, and they bought it in behalf of me. They also have 1 month free warehouse storage, which I availed since I was actively searching for more toys back then. 😊 Thaiffi was so accommodating and quick to respond to all my inquiries. They even reimbursed me the excess in shipping fee after they had the actual shipping fee cost from Thailand Post 😊 I was really amazed by that, since they could have kept it and I would never know anyway, but still they informed me and reimbursed me the excess amount. Most importantly, when my orders arrived, they were all packed securely and nothing was damaged. If ever I'll buy something again in Thailand, I'd 100% avail their services again.

Honesty is 5 stars; Secured package is 5 stars; Nice, accommodating and responsive customer service is 5 stars also. Value for money is 5 stars as well. Overall service is 5 stars. If only could give 10 stars, I would.

I found this service by accident as I wanted to buy my favourite sneakers that I used to own, but were sold out since they've been out of season. I found them online on sale in Thailand and got the last 2 pairs - Thaifii helped me send them to UK, and I am so grateful. This now opened a whole new world of shopping for me.

I was a little bit skeptical about the service due to the simplicity of the site, but they were excellent in communication and responsiveness in service. I directed them to purchase a few art books that was fairly rare. They did and took pictures of them when they came in and sent them off promptly. A little bit on the expensive side for shipping (About $180 USD to ship a 13 lbs package with all fee added in). But they were fast, responsive, and prompt. Will use them again if I need anything else from Thailand.

Glad this exists. A little hard to navigate at first, with putting money in wallet & then paying, and there was a glitch, but contacted customer service and they responded and fixed the problem very quickly. They bought my item and when they received it, shipped it to me promptly. I was very satisfied because I think I got the last pair of these pants in the world! Recommended and trustworthy.

Though expensive they're able to deliver my goods safely.

Good service, platform improved and practical system

Great experience buying from Thaifii! I was skeptical at first but after going through the process of ordering, I felt more confident as their website explained everything very clearly and everything is laid out in detail and is transparent about all possible charges. It took some time for the item to arrive at the warehouse and after that to my country as I choose the cheapest option. I sometimes have trouble loading their webpage but solved it using a VPN. So, all is good! I have successfully gotten my parcel yesterday in good condition! Super happy as this item is not available in many other platforms. I have only seen it in Thailand.
Will definitely purchase again!

I wish I could give this company a thousand stars! For a small business the customer service is truly exceptional and fast.

I purchased some pokemonitems and I was a little unsure of which shipping service to use, it was either Thaifii or another competitor, but I chose to go with Thaifii because the website was beautifully designed (I love it when companies use the color blue a lot). The website is very simple and easy to navigate. There are no hidden fees. You might think that the shipping is expensive but at least you have the peace of mind that your package will get to you quickly and safely, as it did for me.

I chose DHL since they are better at handling international shipments (~$120 USD). I had questions before adding items to my list and they were answered quickly, whereas compared to other proxy companies they usually take at least a full day to respond. I HIGHLY recommend Thaifii if you are looking to buy from Thailand but live overseas. They are a 100% legit business. I can't wait to do business with them again!

Very nice service in general, but a bit high in overall costs.
Also the discount of free delivery inside of Thailand was not forwarded to me the customer and I got charged for this fee, which should not be included.

Update: Thanks for the information. I will consider that in the future and will for sure recommend your service and use it again in the future.

I was skeptical in using this forwarding but it is legitimate! :) they are very helpful with me although out the time. I requested to add extra bubble wrap for my order to add protection and they were able to do it for me.
