I purchased a replacement part for my steamer from Thane back in February when it arrived it seems that it was used and not working efficiently i contacted thane straight away. It's the first time I've this problem from previous product, they asked to send pictures and videos previous you could've send pictures and videos no problem but whatever system there using now am still under able to send the videos without the videos nothing can be done. It would be easier if i could return it back to Thane by post even if it means i pay for the postage because the machine has now completely stopped working the 6 months warranty is now out

Absolutely no customer service
Absolutely no customer service, bought there dual scrub mop that worked for a short time, now doesn’t charge, have sent 4 emails now with no reply, have bought several h20 mops in the past, they were OK wouldn’t deal with them again.

Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. Sent defective abdoer missing and broken parts. Cannot get any help from them. On their site send back at my cost. It is defective why should I pay. Filed a BBB and dispute throu PayPal.

Broken parts
Received exercise equipment with broken parts. No way to reach any customer service to get replacement parts. Don’t waste your money.

Poor quality equipment
The first Activator which makes the "water" lasted about 30 goes and the second one less than that so at £50 to replace is hardly economical.
The fluid is produces is good and an excellent preservative but the machine that makes it is of poor quality.The window scraper is the worst I have ever seen!

BEWARE... no access to customer service!
After repeated attempts to contact the company and their referral to set up an account that allows access to their customer service. This is where I got:
"Loading.....". And without being able to connect and set up an account, you have no access to Thane customer service. Thane USA is a scary company that cannot be trusted. With an unreliable and hidden customer service, BEWARE!
UPDATE: The reason for my difficulties to set up an acct is that I block 3rd party tracking cookies. This is a disguised chinese company trying to get into your business.
