I had Thao & Co translate personal documents from Vietnamese to English to submit to USCIS in 2 batches, and overall I'm pretty happy with their service. Here's the breakdown:
- Quality: very high quality. The translator(s) used appropriate and natural language, and they did not miss a single detail however tiny it is in the document. You can feel the care they put into their work.
- Speed: impressive. My first batch contained 1 short document and was finished within a few hours after payment. The second batch had 3 documents (one of them was quite long) and was done in 1.5 days. And no, I didn't request express delivery.
- Customer service: prompt, responsive, and highly responsible. The sales admin wasn't afraid to apologise when there was a mistake, took responsibility, and positively solved the problem.
- Price point: pretty reasonable given the high quality of the translations, compared to what you can find around the Bay Area.
