I cannot rate this company enough if there were 10 stars a million stars they would get them all.
Vishal reached out to me a few years ago when they were setting up the app. I was with another booking app which was costing me a bomb a month and charging me for every transaction the customer made so all those extra pound or two would add up to hundreds a month. This app doesn’t do that. The customer pays the transaction fees which is not a lot for them a pound or two. The app is reasonably priced cheap even … for all it has to offer for the cost a month. It was one of the first booking apps if not the first to let customers spread there costs via klarna or clearpay for their services. This has quadrupled the amount of clientele I have as they are able to afford expensive treatments in small amounts that they never would have afforded in one go. Any issues with the app or client issues are resolved so so quickly. This allows your business to tick over without any disruptions. I have screamed from the rooftops to all of my fellow business owners to join this app which they have done. They even offer money for every referral you make even though I refer without need for this just because I’m so so happy with amount this has helped my business to grow.

Bookings are easy calenders and organising is easy laying out your services so their visible for clients to book is easy attaching photos and notes is easy.
Money hits your bank smoothly when you get paid from clients via the app.

What makes this app great is you can even suggest areas for improvements so for example I wanted a notes section or to see a week view of the calendar and the team litterally will update the app with improvements all the time so the app just gets better and better.

If you’re thinking about using this booking app don't think just do it. No I don’t want you to use my referral code because I love this app so much I know you will too and I don’t need to be rewarded for showing someone a damn good booking app worth its weight in salt.

That Time, what can I say is made my life so easy affordable I can manage my life much more better as a barber having the app cut down so much time answering phone calls booking customers in on your day off people calling you at night people calling you now your customers can handle the appointments 24 hour on the app. What can I say? More the best thing I’ve done for my business.

I won't be using this booking platform again.

I booked a beauty treatment through That Time and was refused the service on arrival due to a restriction that I was later told formed part of the vendor's policies. However, this restriction was not clearly stated on the vendor's booking page or within the forms I completed through the platform.

After raising a complaint, I was initially told that the matter would be investigated and that concerns about how I had been treated were being taken seriously. Unfortunately, after waiting weeks for a response, I was ultimately informed that the vendor was entitled to retain my deposit and that I should have referred to information contained within the vendor's Instagram content.

As a customer, I do not think it is reasonable to expect people to search through external social media pages for important eligibility criteria that could result in them being refused treatment on arrival.

My experience has left me feeling that when disputes arise, customers are offered very limited support and are directed back to the vendor, even where concerns have been raised about the booking process itself.

I would strongly encourage anyone using the platform to take screenshots of all policies, booking pages and forms before paying a deposit, and to ensure that any treatment restrictions are clearly confirmed in writing beforehand.

Based on my experience, I will not be booking through That Time again.

Do not use that platform, it is a scam and they’re impossible to get through to via customer service, their customer support section is a fake button that cannot be pressed, and ignore messages on social. They steal client’s funds.

i have been looking to switch over to that time as it looks to ave some good features on it however ive had some questions about it that ive sent at the start at of the 14 day trial and still dont have a reply at day 10. if this is how the service is at this point then what is it going to be like when signed up. the trail period is to add all the services however its now not letting me add bits without signig up and to dd to it the price has increased by 15 since last year

Had an appointment at 10 ( waited 4 wks for it), they cancelled it 2 hours before and had the cheek to only refund £20 of the £22 deposit I paid, I understand if I cancel I lose the booking fee but this was not my fault, I also had to wait 4 days for the refund.

Ashlee k cosmetics limited trading as Ak cosmetics in Leigh on sea was dissolved under compulsory ground by the government for non compliance and it is still trading illegally , supplying fake training certification to people who are unaware the company doesn’t even exist anymore! The director has set up a new business named KOVA clinic limited from the same location. Ashleigh Stickley is the director and is a fraudster! That time is still promoting this company even though they have been informed of the companies actions . Avoid avoid avoid !

I don’t usually do this but this has been the best book platform from a customer and vendor perspective it’s very simple to use and you get msgs as soon as you book and they also send you a reminder which is amazing, this platform has helped my business a lot and got me many customers and all my customers are loving use it.

Literally exactly the same issue as the person below mentioned….cancelling appointment with plenty of time, yet still not refund money back from That Time, scam of a booking platform

I coudn t reach them, coudn t leave a review as I was blocked by the practitioner. House of Riri lip filler practitioner. I don t recommend the booking page neither the service.

Recently booked an appointment through this site and used Klarna to pay, I then cancelled the appointment with the service provider and haven’t received a refund through that-time despite contacting them multiple times over the past few weeks, I have had no response. This website is a complete scam

This site allowed me to book an appointment and took my deposit for a business that was no longer operational. I have tried contacting That Time and the registered business owner many times but still haven’t had my deposit refunded

The treatment and salon were great, no issues at all. However I changed my treatment due to my initial booking being unsuitable for my skin at the time. This was changed with no hassle by the service provider (who requested refund via the app). This has still not come through and I have emailed customer services directly (on 29/12/25). Yet to get a response or even acknowledgement of my email. Not good enough.

I do not remember ever making an account on That Time. Yet tonight I received a text message about booking a service. I tried to send a complaint message to That Time, asking how they have my personal mobile number; what other personal information of mine they hold; and to delete everything associated with me....guess what, the message won't send.

Bad business.

AVOID Ak cosmetics in south end! I part paid for a “course” in Russian lips, to then find out after research which I should have done before hand , that the person running the place isn’t even qualified! Not to mention the social media accounts posting women similar stories of being ripped off by this Ashlee . I checked with citizens advice and trading standards and found out she’s not qualified or registered to teach. Claiming my money back with the bank on fraud basis because she mis sold something as a proper qualification. Stay clear !
