I recently received 'The Vibe I Saw in Her' guide and I couldn't be happier with the experience. For the money, the guide was incredibly thoughtful, and tailored specifically to me. I love that it focuses on how to enhance natural beauty rather than completely changing your appearance.

I'm freshly postpartum and felt especially lost on how to make myself feel pretty again. Prior to pregnancy I had been dressing more in Winter colours and actually it seems like I'm a summer! And I actually really like the romantic, feminine aesthetic outlined. The recommendations for hair, makeup, colours, clothing, and overall styling were included and easy to understand.

The guide has given me a clear vision for refining my personal style and has given me hope that I'll get my pink back sooner rather than later!

I really loved my analysis. Super useful document with all you need.

I could rave about the detail, personalization, and bringing out my best features, but I wanted to mention the girl behind the curtain. She was very reassuring and helpful when I got results that were previously out of my comfort zone. May be a long review, but if you're looking for a genuine experience and whether you should purchase guides, then make sure you read this!

Let's start with the positives. I ordered a Facial Analysis guide as well as The Vibe I Saw in You guide from That Girl Concept.

Facial Analysis positives: she nailed my season, face shape, and I love the hair color and hair style recommendations. I plan on dying my hair the color she recommended in this guide in a few months.

Vibe I saw positives: The start of the guide felt SPOT ON as far as aesthetic keywords and the digital makeover she gave me was lovely.

Now on to the negatives (keep in mind I am cooler toned soft summer)

Unfortunately, the two guides completely contradicted each other.

Facial analysis: kind of conflicting information here and there, maybe typos. Stated I could wear gold jewelry and some of the photo edits changed my face quite a bit where I felt like it didn't look like me, and I showed family and friends who also agreed it didn't look like me in the face.

Vibe guide: The beginning of the guide gave me cooler tones and a spot on aesthetic, but as I scrolled down, it changed into "warm honey highlights" being recommended and with photos of very warm toned women with dark warm makeup, which I felt was pretty off when compared to what she recommended at the start. When I emailed for clarification because I was confused about which direction to take, she admitted that the warm hair colors would actually "not be as naturally flattering" and told me to just ignore those parts of the guide and focus on the "mood" instead.

I added this guide because I love what she shows on Instagram for women and felt like the coloring and vibe is spot on for the people she posts about. I felt like maybe the first part of my guide was super personalized and then the second half was either thrown together or leftover from a previous client's template? There were literally phrases that stated (under "These are the hair, makeup, brows and finishing touches that
bring out your natural beauty and create your signature look."), "Dark honey highlights or brunette dimensional", for lips: "deep brown tones". And under "How to achieve this look", "Opt for a dimensional colour (warm brunette) with subtle highlights to create depth."

Also to add, I asked if she'd be willing to give me an updated guide since there were several mistakes. I wrote, "Since we now know that my natural coloring is definitively cool and muted, would it be possible to get an updated version of "The Vibe I Saw in Her" guide?" But she didn't send me an updated one, and I then asked at least for maybe some celebs who give the same vibe that I'm looking for so I could at least figure it out on my own, but didn't receive a response.

She was very responsive in the beginning and respectful in response to my disappointments/confusion. I just wish I felt like I got my money's worth.

I was skeptical how helpful this was going to be, but really loved the end result. I ended up buying a lip color that I probably would have never gotten without this guide, and surprisingly it looked great on me!

I had a great experience with this facial analysis makeover. I received personalized recommendations for the best haircut, hair color, and makeup styles based on my facial features and coloring. The advice was detailed, easy to understand, and helped me see what suits me best. I now feel much more confident when choosing hairstyles, makeup, and colors.

I was blown away and pleasantly surprised by the lovely transformation. I have followed thatgirlconcept on Instagram for a while, and finally bought the makeover package due to feeling a little low in confident being postpartum. I truly appreciated the detailed explanation about why different hair styles, makeup, etc. work for me. I have tried different things to change up my look before, but now I feel confident to take a totally different route.

After a few years of personal struggle I had lost myself. It was hard to dress, find makeup and everything just felt off. Then I found this site and it changed everything. Now I know everything from hair colour and style to glasses, to makeup to clothes to nail colour - and the list goes on. If ever in doubt I am able to return to my files to guide me. There will never be any questions anymore and I recommend any and everyone to get this service. If you need to find your way, want inspiration or a whole new look. Go go go!

I ordered the "facial analysis" and "the vibe I saw in her" and am beyond pleased with the results. She did not change who I was, she enhanced what was already there and made me feel beautiful with what I already had. I now feel like I have a direction when curating my style rather than guessing every time, as styling is not intuitive for me. The vibe she saw in me is one I resonate with very deeply as well, and now I know how to achieve the look. She has a true gift of seeing people's beauty.

I’ve been following that girl concept on insta for awhile and was interested in getting my own virtual makeover! I waited about 2 weeks, but perfectly on time for my salon appointment. Overall I thought the guide was very helpful in helping me affirm my hair cut decisions and coloring. I especially appreciated understanding my face and eye shape. Some of the after pics did not look like me which is why I took away 1 star. Overall helpful and loved learning about my facial structure

The service I received honestly was above and beyond what I had expected when placing my order. My facial analysis was exceptionally detailed and was truly personalized to me and the photos I sent along. I am shocked by how much I ended up liking the suggestions and genuinely can't wait to start incorporating the accompanying recommendations for my hair/beauty routine. I even showed my boyfriend the results and he was super excited for me as well! Thank you for providing the positive makeover that I was looking for.

She’s awesome, I really think she makes your confidence bust and gives you great advice if you are a little overwhelmed about everything you see on social media. Great to find you own type of beauty and stop chasing every little trend that pops on your fyp.

One of the best gifts I've given to myself!

I received my guide within 2 weeks as advertised. I bought the That Girl Transformation guide and it came in as a full analysis of my face features, undertone, contrast, and body shape. The guide is also full of details and recommendations on make up and hair styles, hair colouring, eyewear, jewellery, and best outfits, and it had many inspirations. I had previously misidentified my undertone and season, which explains why I'd been unhappy with my style for years, so I definitely recommend getting a professional opinion, and That Girl Concept seems to be the right one. Overall, I am happy with the service and I recommend it.

This website is a scam. Incorrect pricing is listed for the products being advertised. I was charged more than what was listed on the website. To follow that the product was never delivered. I reached out after three weeks. I was then sent AI slop when I was promised a custom personalized analysis not AI generated. When asked for a refund I was denied. And to top it off all correspondence from this company was done through AI. Please please please I hope you read this before you lose your money like I did. Watch out there’s a lot of AI fishing scams out there. This just happens to be one of them.

Add on: I just read through some of the other reviews from other customers that also aligned with my experience so I figured I would submit that here as well. Firstly, when I reached out, I too, was told that my order was sitting in the drafts, how interesting that so many other people had that same experience. Secondly, something else that happened to me as well was I shared some personal details about wanting more natural products and that I am a mom. None of that was acknowledged, despite the fact that we are sold on this being a “custom analysis”. It’s funny how some people were also given a refund, however after multiple e-mails I was not given a refund.

To the business owner: I’ve already reported you to the FTC, Google, and my bank. You’re welcome 😉

Terrible experience. They altered my face with the apps and the haircuts and make-up they sent didnt compliment me at all. I am in me twenties and with their advices I looked like a 40 years old. They didnt consider my style at all in the dresses advices and the only thing right was the armochromy that you can easily do on internet. Awful do NOT RECOMMEND

I was looking for a better understanding of what style would look best on me. The website was very user friendly and their emails were very kind and professional. It took a few weeks but they stated that in their instructions. When I received my guide it was in depth and explained why certain colors and styles were chosen, along with examples of items, which was so helpful. I would recommend this service to others if they are looking for their color season and or just want to feel better in their own style.

I always got a super nice and fast reply, the full report is super useful and will help me plan my outfits and make up from now on.
