I've used ItsDeductible to enter my charitable donations for many years. Here Intuit discontinued it, I wondered if I would find a replacement, and TAWO provides that capability for me beginning this year.

What a great program for those who do material donations to charities. Super easy to use and very practical. Would highly recommend this program!!!

Due to a recent loss of a family member, I was responsible for closing her estate and had no idea how to track all her belongings for donation. Your website has been invaluable. I just hope the IRS agrees.

Was surprised and angry that TurboTax had eliminated its built in utility “Its Deductable.” The current manual method for entering charitable donations into TurboTax is virtually impossible to use. Research into a replacement revealed about a half dozen choices and I evaluated each one. Some involved too much of a new learning curve, others touting AI functionality were “too smart for their own good” with bells and whistles that are impractical for the immediate task at hand. “That’s a Write-Off“ had the most practical, logical and intuitive design, to perform the task. At its core, it has a look-up database of items, a place to enter how many of each item whereupon it shows a value based on condition, which it then totals and tabulates. The final data has to be manually entered into TurboTax, but TAWO has done all the heavy lifting at that point.

I was shocked that Turbo Tax discontinued "It's Deductible" on their app. I found TAWO as an alternative. I found it easier to use than the previous Turbo Tax product with many more options.

So helpful to have the suggested prices on donated goods.

With the end of It’s Deductible, I needed to find another way to keep track of deductions. That’s A Write-off works perfectly, as long as I remember to enter everything. It made tax filing easy and accurate

I thought this was a really helpful tool. I donate a lot of stuff to Goodwill every year, mostly clothing, but also some household items. I needed a trustworthy way to estimate the value of the items. I used to use something called Its Deductible, which isn't available anymore. This was a great alternative and gave me some peace of mind about my deductibles. Thank you!

TAWO is easy to use and comparable to previous similar programs I've used.

I found this program after I realized It’s Deductible was discontinued. This is a much better program! Very easy to use and navigate. I had zero issues with the download and absolutely plan on using it for the 2026 tax year. I’m sure there are other programs that allow you to document donations, but I highly doubt there are any products better than this. Very comfortable recommending it!

I previously used It's Deductible but that is not longer available - I live having help calculating my clothing donations!

This a great app. I was a former It's Deductible customer before TurboTax closed down the product. I wasn't sure what I was going to use since I make a lot of donations through Goodwill. I was lucky to come across this app on Reddit. It worked perfectly and helped me calculate the combined value for all my donations for my tax advisor. I'm a happy customer and will be using it again next year.

First-time consumer. Thatsawriteoff was a tremendous blessing for evaluating and tracking my charitable donations. It easy to use. When I needed clarification on an issue, the response was expeditious.

I used to use a different software that was included with my tax software to help with charitable deductions. It worked. It wasn’t great, but it worked. Then, they just went away. No suggestions on what to do. Then I found you! Your system was way easier to use and it made this painful process more simpler and more user friendly. I highly recommend it!

There was a small learning curve but TAWO provided exactly what I needed for our 2025 taxes. It's not free but the cost is very nominal.

When ItsDeductible went away as an integrated service of TurboTax, I went looking for a replacement to help account for the many donations of clothing and items we make every year. TAWO was a perfect replacement. The interface was easy to use, and I look forward to using again next tax year.

That's a Write-off is a great replacement for the app previously provided by TurboTax. I was able to easily enter my 2025 donations and value them. The app is actually easier to use and less time-consuming than the TurboTax app. Great job by the developers!
