I had a email and text to inform me of the delivery date, therefore I took the day off work to receive the delivery. On the day of delivery I was informed the rug had been sent to the wrong place so would not be delivered that day. Very poor service.

After over two weeks and 10 working days, I still have not received my order. The tracking app is not clear and still does not advise a delivery date. Very disappointing.
I was planning on buying the equivalent runners for our stairs after seeing the rugs we’ve ordered for our living room but now I’m reluctant to place another order.

Great quality shaggy rug
Great quality shaggy rug. Looks fab in our lounge and any furniture on it does not leave any marks. Using the non slip rubber mesh underlay which stops any slipping on the vynil tiles. Absolute value for money.

Im very happy with my new Rug
Im very happy with my new Rug, i bought one of the bigger sizes and it makes my lounge look bigger then how it looked before. I was also happy with the delivery he very kindly placed it in my lounge for me because i would have struggled with it. I happy with the Quality of it and the fact it is soft to the touch.

And to top off an already excellent experience it came the next day and no delivery fee. I would highly recommend these rugs

This is my second order the first went…
This is my second order the first went well! This time it has taken forever for delivery one of the two rugs finally turned but no sign of the big rug we are now going into week 4 all contact for information has been ignored by the company very disappointing!!!
