I used 3 Brothers Moving & Storage during my divorce and everyone has been so professional, responsive and understanding. I really can’t believe they were this cost effective. I can’t thank the entire team enough for the effort they have put into my situation. I would recommend them to anyone. Truly a great company and amazing team! Bravo guys!

Anthony at this company provided me with a great price for my move to Del Ray beach FL. He was available every time i called in with questions or he transferred me to sarah in customer service who is a sweet heart and so helpful. my only minor complaint is that delivery was 2 days longer than I expected but then again I did travel over 1,000 miles

They have very aggressive sales tactics. They promised me that I would get a refund of my deposit if I cancel within 72 hours. I canceled within 48 hours. They said I would get my deposit via check. The sales guy, Joe Green, said that it would only take 3-6 days. Then their accounting person tells me 14 business days. When 14 days passed, I checked status only to be told i would have to wait an additional 30 business days.

They don't even own their own trucks. They are brokers. And the companies they refer you out to have very little history. It left me very nervous and so I canceled. And now, I can't get my money back.

I moved my 2 bedroom home from Philadelphia to Miami and doing a long distance move was not what I expected. My move coordinator was very experienced and helpful in educating me on how things worked. A friend told me to get 3 estimates before making a decision and 3 Brothers wasn’t the lowest. After reviewing the other estimates and my due diligence 3 brothers was the best option. Move move went well I’m very satisfied and highly recommend using them to anyone in need of a movers.

Was sold a bait deal, like others here, and was subcontracted at least once. Estimate expanded from $2600 to almost $6000 when the movers finally showed up 2 days late after I closed on my home, forcing me to pay a day's rent, and leaving me no choice but to sign off on the deal. They showed up on the other end in Florida a week early, 6 days before we were scheduled to move into our new home. Boxes missing and thousands in damage, only to refer me to a bogus claims website, and offer no assistance through the process. They still have an opportunity to make this right, the ball is in your court.

Was helped quickly and efficiently on a last-minute move. 3 Brothers came through when I needed it.

My work was subcontracted out to a company who subcontracted to another. My quote started at 3k and expanded to over 8k. I'm also missing a box of my valuables. I messaged customer service a week ago and didn't get a human reply, only a link to a claims website. I was sold a bait deal and told it was going to be handled by their company but just subbed out 3 times and let the price expand along the way. I would not recommend and find a trustworthy local mover instead

Honestly was hesitant because you hear all the BS but 3 brothers did not disappoint. Everything made it to Ohio in one piece and the crew was respectful and hardworking. If I had to change one thing I would say less emails. Felt like I received an email update once my stuff was on the road every couple hours until they arrived and a bit overkill in my opinion. If you can afford these guys please use them it’s well worth it!

Was going to move myself but with 3 kids it would have been near impossible. The movers carried out all promises. On time, wrapped all furniture and they knew what they were coming for due to the extensive booking team. Thank you!
