When requested breakdown assistance, I was told the wait time for mechanic would be 1 to 2 hours, This sounded like a lifetime, BUT, he arrived within 25 minutes was was very experienced in what he was doing to help me with my breakdown.

All questions answered given clarity to everything that I needed to know.

Horrific experience if I could give it 0 stars I would.

Car broke down and the recovery team, leaves my car in the wrong garage, in a different county.. fails to even let the wrong garage know, the car keys were left into the local Garda station.. complete and utter unprofessionalism and what’s worse is the failure to even acknowledge the error and get my car back to the correct garage.
