Probably the worst estate agent I have ever heard of or dealt with. Barely told us anything about the property itself and when we asked follow up questions, he would just ignore us completely. More interested in his social media post and TikTok followers! Would never use TAUK again because of this.

Mia Evansat TAUK was recommended to us from a friend and she came to them through recommendation aswell.
We sold a probate property with Mia, It sold in a day immediately at a open house she held for us. She provided us the advice and services to get the house ready for sale and she only lists it when she knows its ready,just put your trust in her!
We also used Mia for our next property to sell as i wouldn't hesitate using anyone else!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should be aware of my experience.

I had to cancel a property viewing around 40 minutes before the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and emailed the agency as soon as I could. I later received an email criticising me for the late cancellation, saying they were already travelling to the property and had no mobile signal to receive my email. While I appreciate a late cancellation is inconvenient, I don't believe it's the customer's responsibility if an agent is travelling without phone signal.

I replied explaining this and said I would not be using the agency again. The only response I received was a 👍.

I found that dismissive and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgement or courteous response would have been far more appropriate.

Based on my experience, I won't be using this agency again.

Flora Badger was our agent for our house purchase. She remained responsive throughout the whole process and always communicated clearly. We were pleased that she helped arranged our viewing at a suitable time for our itinerary (we'd travelled nearly 600 miles) and she travelled to meet us at the house and do the viewing (the only agent of all our viewings to do so). We met Alexandra Hearn in Brighton when she showed us round another home we were looking at and were immediately struck by her manner - friendly, honest and very knowledgeable - she knows her market really well. We decided to then use Alexandra to market our house, which was a decision we are so happy we made. The marketing she provides is far superior to other agents which definitely showed in the interest she achieved for our house. She got an amazing amount of viewings booked in and found a great buyer. Amy was hands down the best agent we could have asked for. Even prior to signing up with her she gave us her honest opinions on what was going wrong and why our house wasn’t getting the interest it deserved.
