This resulted in increasing our credit score, enabling us to go from an FHA to a conventional loan, get rid of PMI, and take care of a huge amount of debt reduction. We had a fabulous refi with this company last year. We had talked to so many different lenders and were getting more and more sure that we could not either qualify OR make the payments they gave us that we almost gave up. We were referred to this company for one last try and it was the best decision we ever made. It all went smoothly and without any surprises.
