Not a very helpful or useful warranty…
Not a very helpful or useful warranty provider. I purchased the cover through PROVEEDER dealership, which is a high end car dealership in Ipswich. I paid around 40k for a Merc V class with just 35,000 miles on the clock and they wouldn't pay out on a claim for the mechanism on the electric handbrake as it's apparently in the non-exclusion section.
I checked this section and it WAS NOT in this section but WAS NOT included in the "level of cover" section either.
Wast of money, stay clear and don't accept this warranty provider from any dealership either.

However, I can state all claims are reviewed in accordance with the terms within the customers warranty. These are all clearly outlined. The Electric Handbrake is listed as excluded under all our Warranty Agreement.

Unfortunate dealings
Unfortunate dealings, car went into our local ETS for brake pad replacement. After investigating and stripping the vehicle found the calliper had seized. A flat refusal to honour the warranty as they were not contacted first. Asking the question of who is responsible for paying the garage whilst the ramp is out of order and the vehicle cannot be moved failed to generate an answer. Totally disgusting as the bill ended up over £1200 and very disappointed in the lack of support from the company. I must remember to plan the next break down and inform them in advance. Then it would be deemed intentional.

Amazing customer service until you have a claim... They will do absolutely anything to not pay. Was even told via email an absolute untruth about what the garage supposedly told them. Happy to share with anyone interested. Run away, don't waste your money on them.

Overall I was explained and guided well with the information both over the phone and via emails to purchase my car's extended warranty for and extra year.
The agent Chrissie Lavin was very helpful to answer my questions and address any issues I had before I proceeded with the purchase.

Avoid. Tried to claim twice and both claims refused and I had the ultimate cover. Absolutely rubbish. Not worth the paper it’s wrote on. Do not buy. Will do anything to refuse claim.
