Exorbitantly expensive. Just walk down to Safeway. I tried to cancel an order that was done late at night. Argumentative, rude. And kept 10% for nothing!!!! This company is fraudulent and a bunch of crooks. Horrible customer service and they will steal your money.

Placed an order and paid for 2 day delivery. Almost a month and still has not arrived.

Paid for 2 day shipping via fedex. Took 5 days to ship via UPS. UPS then returned package due to failed delivery attempts even though recipient waited 2 days for the delivery and never received any type of notification that they where delivering.

Order then was returned by carrier. Reached out to customer support who said would need to pay a reshipping fee of $30 or a restocking fee of $40. Request items to be reshipped. After a week of being notified it returned to their facility there is no update on when will be shipped again or response from customer service.

I just received my first order. I ordered eight cans of the citrus variety pack I ordered two boxes of the pineapple passion and a box of the sexy piña colada and a box of grapefruit hibiscus. One of those are expired and I just received them except for one pack and that expires in October. One of them expired as far back as the beginning of March 2026. I just received my order. Can you tell me how this happens?

We received our Blanton's Black today from Barrel tap . We used regular delivery which took a week . Customer service is spot on it was an overall great experience.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a $500 bottle of bourbon, paid for FedEx 2-Day shipping, and was explicitly promised it would ship the following day. It never did. I sent multiple follow-up emails requesting updates, all of which were completely ignored. No shipment, no communication, just a total disregard for the customer. I have officially canceled my order. Avoid this business unless you want your money tied up with zero customer support.
