Ordered two single beds for growing grandweans. The beds were delivered much sooner than we expected and the grandweans said they were super comfy. We thought the price of the beds to be very competitive and they seem really well made. From ordering through to delivery we are really impressed with this company and their staff.

From ordering to delivery we were kept informed all the way which was extremely fast 3 days!!
Delivery driver was a gem so extremely happy.
Oh and the beds super comfy too!!

Bed arrivedon on date agreed Message sent,as stated, 30 minutes before arrival.Delivery person very efficiently removed old bed, erected new bed and removed all packaging in a very short space of time. Although the bed has not been used yet it appears to be of excellent quality.

Honestly couldn’t recommend Bed Village Yorkshire enough!

Ordering from them genuinely felt like ordering from a proper family-run business, rather than a big company where you’re just another order. Ash was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I called up to place my order and he was so helpful, answered all my questions and took the time to help me choose the best bed for my room and my personal needs. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed.

I ordered the Kettlewell Super King divan with the included pocket sprung mattress and I’m really happy with what I got, especially for the price. I think the price is really good for what you get.

Ash even called me the day before delivery to confirm everything and give me my delivery timeslot, which I thought was a really nice touch. I also paid a small extra fee to have the bed delivered and assembled, and the whole thing was done perfectly and right on time. The delivery driver was genuinely lovely and really kind as well.

He also took the time to explain how I could move and dismantle the bed myself in the future if I ever need to, which was really helpful and not something I’d necessarily expect from a delivery service.

The fact that it arrived just 7 days after ordering, especially considering I’m quite a long way away from Yorkshire, was amazing too.

I honestly have absolutely no complaints. The customer service, communication, delivery and value for money have all been brilliant. It’s been such a nice experience from start to finish.

I’d definitely order from Bed Village Yorkshire again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed. ❤️

Bed village Yorkshire were incredibly helpful in our bed order. I found their designs and colour options varied and beautiful and we're really impressed with our new bed. It is built with good quality and looks stunning in our new space. The delivery was efficient, we had regular updates throughout the day which were really appreciated and it came on time. Our delivery driver was really helpful too. Would highly recommend!

Excellent service. The bed was delivered only 7 days after the order went in. The company rang me the day before delivery and arrived at the time agreed. The bed was taken upstairs and assembled without fuss and all packaging taken away.
The bed is great and fantastic value for money. I am highly satisfied with the product and the service.

Lovely bed. However delivery was awful. All reviews are very good regarding delivery which is one of the reasons I ordered. I must be in the minority. Delivery rocked up at 9.45 at night. One man delivered and my granddaughter had to help. That time of night meant family had to sleep on sofa. Very disappointed and would not use this company again.

Very quick delivery with good communication re date and another call on the day with a time. Delivery staff really helpful and installed the bed and head & foot boards really quickly. The bed is exactly what I wanted. Very happy

Everything about the experience with this firm has been brilliant! From obtaining samples to ordering the product was an incredibly smooth process. Their customer service has been second to none, always calling back, communicating with me via Watsapp in a really quick and friendly manor, even calling to follow up after delivery. Nothing has been too much trouble, can't rate them highly enough.

The bed itself is really good quality and the delivery process was easy and efficient.
Unlike another divan bed I've brought from a big high-street brand, which came flat pack and took hours to put together, this was considerably cheaper yet came mostly pre-built, including with the drawers already fitted. Overall it took my daughter and I about 10 minutes to put together, and she's over the moon with it! :)

Website was easy to navigate with great prices and a great choice. The delivery drivers were really helpful. Unfortunately I was not able to take advantage of the assembly service but Ash who was keeping me updated on delivery times said if I needed help with assembly he would talk me through it. Excellent service

I ordered a silver velvet crush diamond button design 4 drawer sleigh bed and it's absolutely fabulous! I ordered it in the morning and got a phone call that afternoon to let me know delivery would be next day! Excellent delivery with a call when 20 mins away plus a follow up phone call to ask if everything was ok with the bed and if I had any questions, which I did! I was unsure how to put the 2 bases together. Whilst on the phone I was sent a photo on WhatsApp showing exactly where to put the plastic pieces! Perfect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The quality of the bed really is excellent at a fantastic price.
