Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We truly understand your disappointment and frustration regarding the delayed delivery of your order placed on December 13.

We typically allow 2-3 business days for dispatching orders per our shipping policy. In your case, due to the increased volume of orders during the busy holiday season, there was an additional delay, extending the dispatch time to 4 business days. Recognizing this delay, we upgraded your shipping to express service at no additional cost, aiming to expedite the delivery. However, despite our efforts, the delivery has been further delayed by the carrier, UPS, due to their high volumes during this peak season. We regret that this has extended the overall time frame for receiving your order.

We acknowledge and understand that you rely on the information provided on our website and we strive to make this as accurate as possible. However, during extraordinary periods such as the holiday season, unforeseen delays can occur. We are in active communication with UPS to seek updates and expedite the process, but unfortunately, we have not received a definitive resolution from them yet. However, aa you're able to see in the tracking history, the package was shipped on the 22nd, as we informed you previously, and there have been updates since the 23rd that it will be delivered on the Jan 2nd.

Regarding our products' quality, we continuously work towards providing the best quality to our customers. While we understand that individual experiences may vary, we assure you that we uphold high standards for all our items.

As for offering additional discounts, our policy is to treat all our customers fairly and equally. As such, we are unable to provide the individual compensation you've asked for. However, we are committed to assisting you through this process and ensuring your overall satisfaction.

As a small business that just started in 2022, we couldn't afford a spacious space to run the business and are using a separate studio from a residential building as an additional office for shipping and returns.

We apologize if that made you confused and for not seem trustworthy. We also are sorry that the jacket was not flattering as you wished, and we understand it undoubtedly is upsetting.
