Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to make appointment by phone. Engineer phoned before visit to advise on time of arrival. Work completed satisfactorily and area left in a clean and tidy condition. Very courteous service from all concerned.

The service went well, no problem, but getting a gas safe certificate proved a little harder, as I am writing this I still have NOT received a certificate.

A very good service, good communications, very thorough work on boiler by engineer, clean and tidy. Our only reservation from giving 5 star is that we would like notification from the Boiler Company when we are due a service rather than leave it to the customer.

A slight hiccup…
Did not receive usual reminder for renewal of cover so contacted office only ro be rold my cover had been cancelled. had not done this cover was immediately restored with arrangement for service to be carried out. the service was completed on 5th June to my complete satisfaction.
