The package arrived promptly it was securely packed. And in excellent condition. I would certainly use the Book Club again because the prices are reasonable and the product good quality.
Books ordered on Tuesday 24th Oct, books delivered on Thursday 26th October before 10-00 am by Royal Mail. In perfect condition. Great service.

Absolutely awful company... placed and order with them, they sent me the wrong item which I then posted back to them and I'm having to fight in order to get a refund when the mistake was there's!
Shocking customer service via the phone and email correspondence was virtually non existent
Will most definitely never be using this company again

I found Thebookcrib to be a great website extremely easy to navigate around as well as the books especially box collections are very well priced for my books was the cheapest without being used and delivery was very quick turned up before expected delivery date and was extremely well packaged.

Overall happy with product but I wanted the soft touch version where the cover of the books are soft and padded. The description says soft touch books which is what I saw. However the picture says 'board book' on the item. The mistake in the description needs to be corrected as I specifically wanted the soft touch version. Apart from this item arrived on time and well packaged and brand new.

Misleading, not trustworthy
I bought a set of Julia Donaldson's book. 12 out of 20 wasn't hers. I checked the website again and i didnt miss anything. They are just advertising it incorrectly. I feel like scammed.
