Cant add debit card or bank for redemption...

Trying to make a redemption... but not even able to add a debit card or bank account to complete redeem request. Makes no sense why my debit card from previous redemption isnt even showing up. Customer support says I need to wait for a response from Payments team which can take 24 hours. I cant help but feel like this is done on purpose to delay being able to make redemptions. When I needed to add a debit card to make a purchase it certainly didnt require 24 hours, I'm remember they were pretty quick to get it done so I could make a purchase. Slow redemptions are my kryptonite. And I also dont like that no reason is provided for why I cant add debit card or bank account to complete my redemption request.

Joined the website a few days after it…

Joined the website a few days after it had launched when it still actually used the tasks tab (you'd get a 50% extra coupon every several days that would have a 1 day overlap with an EXTRA 50% coupon that combined together giving 100%.) They did away with that for a few months with zero purchase benefits of any kind, until they introduced their weekly email coupons that included 3 coupons that could ALL be used totalling $85 of credit for $40 with a 1X playthrough on any slot.

Fast forward to today, the website now still has the weekly coupon email with the option of using only 1 Coupon in total with the best value being $15 for $25. That'd be fine and all, but they also added in a FIVE X PLAYTHROUGH on your full deposit which seems to vary from 5-10X with no sense at all on how the dollar value of playthrough equates to your purchase. They are owned by the same company that runs Jefebet (On par with RollingRiches In that you will never get back a dime). From where this site started to where it is now it is unplayable, uncashable crap that will slowly die just like every other slot website with more than a 1X playthrough. Good riddance

Glad I gave em a second chance

Funny how winning changes one’s opinion of these sites. 🤣 no in all seriousness though I wasn’t a huge fan at first but that was simply because the daily bonus wasn’t as good as some of the other sites I frequent. (And also thought it was a scam site at first) sorry guys lol. But just recently saw and email from the promotion team and gave them another shot. Which paid off… I mean out. Paid out lol. I tried this site for the first time and this site is trash constantly kicked out of the game and nothing but dead spins I had one bonus that paid me $4 🤣🤣🤣 0/10 do not recommend there are better sites out there

400 SC turnover on a $55 purchase? It also looks like the blackjack gameplay I had didn't count towards it either. Genuinely horrid rollover that is completely hidden until you try to withdraw, no reason at all to use this site when other sweepstakes casinos are much more generous in their welcome bonuses AND rollover. You make enough money off a legal scam business, I don't see why you have to squeeze every dollar so much. all it does is lose you potential customers.

Doesn't wanna pay winnings..

I redeemed my redemption of 200.00 on the 16th, here is the 30th of the month and my 200.00 is still pending, nor sure if they sitting there counting money before sending or what they doing, but this is nonsense and bs, they said 10 buisness days sure i gave them 10 buisness days and still nothing, all the other casino sites have no issues paying, chumba casino a day or 2, fortune coins next day zula casino next day, all the others next day or with in 3 days, not sure why this piece of crap casino has to take alnost 3 weeks just for 1 single 200.00 redemption, i recommend not putting no money on this site, because if you get a redemption you may never see it!

Good promos when they do pop up. Lots of different games. Daily bonus wheel was better when I first signed up, but it's still better than some other sites. Site is easy to navigate and is user friendly.

I like the site but very slow payout …

I like the site and I like that you can contact them right away. Games are fun redemption process as of right now isn’t quick at all like most sites. Other sites you get your money within 24 hours. I’m on day three and still haven’t even had mine looked at it’s still been pending status, so that’s very disappointing. Overall give a side of three.

I liked the daily bonus being 1$ more playtime. I got into a problem being my own fault and they provided positive ways to resolve it. Basically they made me feel like there casino work was about me in general.

theboss.casino is a scam website. They purposely cause issues on their site such as this week they added "your location is blocked" when it clearly is not. They then blame your browser and say it's your issue and to try and use Edge. If you try to login with any browser it causes the same issue. It's not your browser it's their website and them being a shady untrustworthy casino. There is a reason this site has them listed as 3/5 stars.

Do not deposit money into this site as it's a scam casino. There is zero reason to have trust in this site.

UPDATE: Since the site replied to my review let me add that every 1 star review here on thebosscasino states that they also do not pay users when you reach cashout on their site and also ban users accounts for the sole reason of being a fraudulent casino. I'll be reporting this site to pragmatic play to have their slots pulled from this site. There is no real good reason at all to put any trust into this casino site. The reviews here say it all and their reply also makes them look pathetic.
