SCAM! Jan 2025 Costa Rica, festival was cancelled 1-2 days before the event due to permits. It was chaos trying to find information. Vendor reached out for ticket holders to apply for a refund and has gone radio silent since. Robbery.
A horrible scam! Same as everyone else who was promised refunds from Costa Rica bpm 2022 . Started off by saying they found my ticket and would issue a refund. Never received. Then they stopped responding to my emails. Finally a month ago they responded to my comment on their IG post saying to message. Again, they acknowledged my tickets and blamed xtix for the delay and said they'd send an email next week. A month has gone by and now they are deleting my comments off of their IG posts. Fu#king scammers - they're throwing more festivals all over the world and don't give a crap enough to pay back what they rightfully owe. SHAME On YOU BPM
Haha they ask for a date to post this review and the calendar doesn't even go back far enough to document that this was from January 22. Ridiculous

I got my tickets in 2022 for Costa Rica edition. The festival got canceled and since then I haven’t seen any refund. They are bunch of SCAMMERS!!!🤬🤬🤬

They will not give refunds for the Costa Rica Festival in 2022 which did not happen because of covid. When I contacted somebody in the company and asked for a refund, they asked for my very sensitive banking information such as account and routing number even though I paid with credit card. My bank said to under no circumstances give that information. I relayed this to BPM and they will no longer answer my emails
Do not trust this scam company. DO NOT ATTEND THEIR FESTIVALS.
The festival was cancelled a day before it was about to take place .. after 4 months still no refund and the festival has gone completely quiet. They dont react or post anything anymore!

This company is a complete joke and a total scam. They promote events and then at the last minute they cancel them and do not issue refunds! Total fraud of a company. I am still waiting for my “refund” for the festival this past January 2022 in Costa Rica
Watch out The BPM Festival is scamming people. They say there are festivals next year on Ibiza and Costa Rica. But on Ibiza there will be no parties in 2021. Now I see the same e-mail for Costa Rica. Don't buy tickets! It is all for there cash flow and there will be no parties in near future.
BPM announced the festival in Malta in July 2020, not even a month later it was canceled and they kept all the booking fees, not refunded!!! It was all a SCAM to keep everyone's booking fees money!!!!!
BPM FESTIVAL COSTA RICA.I give only one star because there is no option of minus 5 stars puntuation. The worst festival in my live! Sand dancefloor, bad sound, no place to seat, bad bars, sweting peolple, NO IN TAMARINDO BEACH, IT IS IN THE MOUNTAIN.
I was 3 years un Bpm Playa del Carmen and it was 11 points...and Costa Rica was minus puntuation Festival! If you don’t believe me see “you tube” the morning shows !!! No one is good! The films in the nigth look better because you can not appreciate the bad atmosphere....the worst!!!!!!!
