Danielle, The Breastfeeding Mentor, is the reason I’m still breastfeeding today. Her support was exactly what I needed - personalised, genuinely caring, and tailored in a way that is so hard to find elsewhere. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, yet also completely human and relatable (which makes such a difference compared to generic advice or AI bots!).

Her services are very reasonably priced, but the value she provides is absolutely priceless. Danielle listens, understands, and guides with compassion and real expertise. I honestly don’t know where we’d be without her. Just so brilliant — highly, highly recommended.

I signed up for and purchased a ticket for an event (Held: Weaning edition). When I signed up it that a recording would be available to those who have signed up. I wasn’t able to attend live so have asked for the recording and received no response. Disappointing.

This has been my go to source throughout my whole journey. It has been such a good support, I just wish there was more advice on single mum breastfeeding weaning. The guide suggests a lot with needing a partners help and sadly I don’t have this. Very informative though and would highly recommend

We purchased both the online webinar and the accompanying book. We have an 18m toddler who is boob obsessed and is still not fantastic at solid foods. I’d been getting a bit downcast that I’d never be able to stop breastfeeding because she needed the nutrition supplementation. I was aiming to get to 24m on the boob but was starting to find the restrictions a bit wearing and was a bit emotional that this might mean I was to wean earlier than I’d hoped. We watched the webinar together and oh my goodness how different my mindset was after!

Danielle, firstly, sets it out with such patience and compassion which completely reassured me that weaning gently and responsively, in the manner in which we’ve breast fed, is possible. But, secondly, she also helped me realise that for now, adding some boundaries in will give me the desired mental break. This which may lead down to eventual full weaning but it doesn’t have to be all-to-nothing as I’d previously thought!

Before having a baby I knew nothing about breast feeding.. and now turns out I knew nothing about stopping as well! Really really pleased we did it and we will be revisiting the book a lot as we go through the process. Thank you!

I booked Danielle for a 121 consultation after seeing her Instagram page and website and was very excited to speak to her as I wanted to get started on my weaning journey and I felt we would work well together.

We paid for it online, and I received the confirmation and an email to book in the slot.

I booked it in a week before the actual meeting date (21/10/24). Got the zoom invite and completed the questionnaire.

All of the emails were automated.

My husband and I had arranged for childcare and took time off work to attend the meeting.

At the time of the meeting, me and my husband waited for her to join. She did not join at the planned time. I then sent her a message on Instagram a few mins later as I could she was active. I could see she had read my message. After about 10 mins I called her on Instagram a couple of times to find out if she was joining. I also emailed her hoping she would read it and join the call.

There had been no communication from her before the meeting to say she had to reschedule or the booking had been cancelled or any other reason. I would have assumed it was an emergency but she was active on Instagram so I suspected this was not the case.

I was also expecting an email or a phone call apology for missing the meeting that evening but had not had anything.

I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.

I'm really disappointed and found this situation to be unprofessional. As a paying customer, who had booked with plenty of notice I would have expected a more professional outcome. It's wasted my time not just to attend the meeting but also to follow up, contact my card company for a refund and to write this review.

I hope you are able to make changes within your admin team so this does not happen to other people that want to book your services.

This guide is something that every breast-feeding mom needs in the beginning extremely well done!

The session was brilliant and it gave me the confidence boost I needed and reminded me that I am doing a wonderful job as a mother. The call was personal, well structured and gave me tools that I could use immediately. I am so happy that I found Danielle and was able to talk through my next steps as a mother.
