Ian has been a great help to me. During our first two sessions we have updated my CV, and he has informed me how to maximize my Cover Letter and LinkedIn when applying for jobs.

I'm looking forward to our next session.

I had been looking for guidance in my next career move after stagnating a bit in my current job and company. Had been through recruiters and the LinkedIn search, but wasnt getting the clarity i was searching for. Came across The Career Coach, and it turned out to be the best decision i made! Luckily i was paired with Ian as my coach, and we got on great, and developed trust very quickly. Ian helped me navigate every step of the way, as we explored all potential career moves that would best suit me. From different roles, to different industries, and really coming full circle through the whole process.

My CV and LinkedIn profile needed a lot of work, as had been 10 years since moved company, but Ian was an expert on this front, and how to best apply for jobs to give me the best opportunity to get interviews.
We then did prep interviews, and everything was Tailormade to the role and company i was interviewing with.

I am now about to start a new job in a different industry, one that I've always wanted to break into, and i couldnt have done this without Ian, and the career coach model!

Great concept for a company. It came to me at a time I needed it most and I’m glad I came across it when I did.

I recently had my first session with Sean Dolan, which was extremely insightful and productive. Sean was not only helpful but also highly relatable, making the experience very comfortable. He provided a thorough review of my CV, offering detailed and constructive feedback that has been invaluable in refining and improving my resume.

I have had a number of sessions with Laura regarding CV writing and improving my LinkedIn profile. She has been such a big help and support through-out my search for a job! I did finally get a position and this is thanks to the insights and invaluable advice that she provided. I would definitely recommend The Career Coach to assist with your job search!

Highly recommended if you feel you are stagnating professionally and not getting interviews and/or jobs. In career coach, the programme provides you with useful tools and practical exercises to understand how the job market works and how hiring works. You can understand how to make a proper CV, a cover letter and you also have a private coach who discusses with you where you are, where you need to go and how to do it.
This programme doesn't do anything for you that you have to do for yourself.

I was skeptical about securing a job in less than 2 months, when I signed up for the TCC journey with Conor, they encouraged me to give it a go and assigned Janette my personal coach. Change can be scary initially, but I took the leap.

Two weeks after we started, I found out the TCC is not what I envisaged, rather but hyped to carefully make you sign up to a product they do not offer, for me was TCC owning the job search process.
I watched videos and did most of the work and on total I have four meeting and my CV is still not complete. I was promised by Janet a final CV will be provided but that did not happen.
I was told by Janet when I get a job interview, I can reach out to them to prepare a mock interview.

I finally requested to speak to Dan Potts, who advised there must have been a misunderstanding on what they do and what I was sold, as they are not a recruitment agency. Though he has agreed to review my CV when complete, however, I do not think for the cost, all you get is this.

I had so much trust in their service, however they did not deliver on this. A recruitment Agency would have done the job once I worked on my CV.

A very difficult lesson learnt as I lost €500 for no good cause.

Update: 13th February, 2024

Please I am still being debited on my credit card account despite full payment. Can you please advise how to contact your office because your numbers are ringing to no avail. Are there any more hidden charges despite I have been signed off??? I this payment was for the 08th Feb, 2034.

I have a great experience working with The Career Coach ,I am learning so much and getting great information about how things are done and been showing the right and proper way to do things when applying for jobs .

It had already been 8 months since graduating from university when I found about TCC. I applied to 3-4 jobs per day and my inbox was filled with rejections. TCC and especially my career coach Ian Richardson helped me to streamline my CV and cover letter and also gave me helpful interview tips. Within 2 months of approaching TCC I started getting interviews. Ian even did a practice mock interview with me for the role in which I am currently working.

I am extremely grateful to TCC and Ian for all their guidance and support. To anyone struggling to find a job or getting interviews I would highly recommend you to get in touch with TCC.
