I am very disappointed in the course…
I am very disappointed in the course content, platform, compatibility with assessibility tools like speechify. It is not friendly to use on your mobile, or listen while you walk.
Once you sign up they refuse to stop taking money, even if you don't want to do the courses and haven't touch 95% of it. They are ruthless, and unethical.
They don't care for any personal circumstances.

They did not set up my direct debit
They did not set up my direct debit. I emailed them to change my bank details and no response. Now have a debt agency trying to contact me. Never received any email or letter from career academy. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Would not recommend

The enrolment process was confusing
The enrolment process was confusing. Despite being a NZ resident for 5 years, I was classified an 'international student'. I was going to be charged - at one point - nearly $2000 paying $29AUD (instead of $NZ) monthly plus bank fees/forex fees!!! In addition, the course is not accredited with the NZ education system. It appears that the accreditations cited are about the Career Academy's internal systems/administration. The course material is ok. The excel module could be improved by applying it to the accounting process.
