Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for your feedback. Upon purchasing the course, you agreed to our standard 14-day quality assured money-back guarantee. As per our terms, this means that the remaining balance of the course must be paid according to the agreed payment plan. This practice is common across most businesses to ensure mutual protection in case of disputes.
We are sorry to hear that you have decided against pursuing coaching at this time. We hope you may reconsider in the future. Please note that once all payments are completed, you will have lifetime access to your course.
We are sorry that this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for.
Best regards,

Horrible…
Update: My concerns arent towards the content, is the lies and deception from this company. They have tried so hard to delete my reviews no I can only comment on this one. Please stay away from this people! The only care about your money, I'm currently on maternity leave with no money and they aren't giving me a choice they will be happy to take to court while they have giving other people the choice to delete their reviews in order to remove their debts! And i have proof of that too.
anyone reading this, please do not go with this horrible company. They have silenced me and many others. They only care about money. I repeat do not get on board to do it. At least the holistic modality. Such a rubbish content, which you can easily find on udemy at much MUCH cheaper price. I'm not able to pay the amount I thought I could afford(changes of circumstances, going on mat leave soon) and of course they send their lawyers to chase me for it. Still can't afford full amount over £2000 for the most stupid content, I truly truly regret jumping on board and getting this headache. Do not sign up do not join them. And each person get a different amount! Another girl was a lot more than mine. Crazy they just want your money. Scammers
I got a replied stating its been 7 months, yes you can't expect to have 14 days and see what happens, I couldn't work due a fire in my work place hence the missed payments, then you trying to say that you are different than others providers, I mean a live Q&A is available in Udemy, the current qualification you hold for this specific modality is ALSO in Udemy, so please to anyone reading this, SAVE your hard earn MONEY and DO NOT get involved with TCM, they only care about your money. Not you.
Not other option has been given, even though I haven't finish the course, they of course wants you to pay them, giving a zero care of your situation in case of any unexpected changes like mine. Going on mat leave soon and expect me to pay over £2000, so much for being a nice company that cares about their students.
Go to udemy, do your research and find alternative to this modalities, I can guarantee you they are there for you to learn and also get a qualification which will allow you to work as a holistic coach.
EDIT:
I have message your team no response, of you will flag this in order to have it removed. You can find in udemy same qualifications for cheaper price ad I found them myself, so please anyone reading this, don't get involved with them. They only care about money not you.

Hi Isabel,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback and raise some concerns of yours.
We're genuinely sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the content covered in our Holistic Modalities course, this isn’t the usual feedback we receive for this course, however this is why we have a 14 day quality assured money back guarantee. If you had contacted us within the initial 14 days from starting your course stating your concerns, we would have been more than happy to discuss this further with yourself.
Looking back at previous correspondence we can see we have provided financial assistance when you requested it by implementing a payment break, which you accepted without mentioning any dissatisfaction with the course or other financial difficulties. At this point of contact you even stated you were, in your own words, totally enjoying the course, and after receiving no response from yourself after reaching out when you were part way through your course for feedback, this makes your review’s comments surprising to us.
In regards to your comments about the pricing of the courses, we hold many different promotions throughout the year, which are provided by our Senior Coaches and are at the total discretion of themselves.
We would also like to add that our courses are at a higher level than those within Udemy, you can find our governance via this link https://thecoachingmasters.com/about/. Not only is the course accredited and recognised under the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), you also have access to 15 live workshops where you are able to learn alongside your fellow students, get feedback from our incredible facilitators and be a part of our thriving and supportive community.
We care immensely about all our students within our community and we will always do our utmost to support our members as we understand life circumstances can change, however due to our T&C’s and the policies we have in place and as a result of multiple missed payments, we had to escalate your payment collection to our Finance Department, which is a standard process.
We hope you recognise our commitment to assisting you, and encourage you to reach out to our Finance Team for further support and to find a resolution that is suitable for yourself.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Best Wishes,

I’m a big fan of Coachflix
I joined TCM because I’m a big fan of Liam’s and Lewis’s podcast so I really wanted to try out the content they offer in Coachflix (monthly subscription). I wasn’t disappointed! They offer a great value (I’m a newbie to coaching world so the business content and coaching demos are my absolute favourite!).
I also had a coaching (or should I say mentoring) session with Natalia, which was great. At the end Natalia offered me a place in a course which I had to refuse as I’m not in a position to invest in it right now. Despite this she shared some tips with me which I tried out immediately and made first business contacts 😀!!!
Thank you very much Liam and Lewis for delivering so much value! Thank you Natalia for your kind support and guidance!

Really disappointing
Really disappointing. I thought this would be useful info to get me on the coaching ladder. Don't get me wrong, my expectations weren't that high having spent 25 years as a senior manager, but oh boy, I wasn't expecting secondary school level tuition by a bunch of kids and a certificate that holds less value than my 10m breaststroke achievement.
Some of the information was interesting, but overall, it was just another tacky MLM program with a desperation to get you to sign up to a so called accreditation costing ££££'s that nobody recognised, if you want to become a business coach, or any other coach for that matter, go study with a legitimate training school and get a "recognised" qualification to avoid massive disappointment. I am still waiting for a refund and if not received I shall be taking further action.

Fake Refund Policy
They advertise a "14 day no quibble money back guarantee" but when we tried to exercise this they refused and said their website was wrong! This indicates a lack of integrity and truthworthiness which is disappointing for a coaching business.
Edit:
Thank you for your reply. I did provide evidence, I have sent you the emails.
The problem is that what you have said below about the website is false advertising, which invalidates the contract, and is also against coaching integrity and ethics. You can't retrospectively change advertised terms.

Hi Paul,
We would like to express our gratitude for your feedback.
Firstly, we want to address our 14-day Quality Assured Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee is applicable to any customer who has engaged in our training and workshops within 14 days and is dissatisfied with the course quality.
We requested evidence to support your claim of unacceptable quality, but you declined to provide this information, rendering you ineligible for the guarantee.
Although we have recently updated the wording on our website regarding the guarantee, the legally binding terms and conditions you signed specify the quality-assured guarantee. Since you did not provide any reasons regarding the course quality, you did not meet the criteria for a refund.
Our guarantee is in place because we firmly believe in the exceptional quality of our courses. They are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP), attesting to their high standards. This is reflected in the success of our satisfied students who go on to establish their own thriving life coaching businesses.
Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team, who will be more than happy to assist.

Best impulsive decision of my life
Full disclosure: I only went for a nosy around after seeing the Netflix documentary because the idea of coaching fascinated me.
My friend told me I needed a coach not a therapist after I complained to her that I feel like I wasted my money and my time with counselling, so how fortuitous that I decided to watch this documentary just a few weeks later.
Honestly, I was sceptical. I don't have the personal acuity or professional qualifications to be a coach, so let me just watch this Coachflix business while reading my book.
Boy was I wrong. For a start, the immense value you get just from the £10 Coachflix membership is astonishing. The introduction to coaching certification will teach you everything you need to take the first steps and just maybe think about doing this for real. No spoilers, but you do not in fact have to have all the answers to everything ever.
The actual hang on my brain just evacuated my head, did a trip to the Bahamas and has come back a new person bit for me was the NLP certification, also included as part of your Coachflix membership.
As someone who, admittedly, is a pessimist and has read just about every self enhancement book that has ever existed, I was sceptical. Basically pressed play on the first video with a sneer and an eye roll.
Again, I was so, so wrong. By the end of the course I was angry. Not at TCM but at myself for basically overcomplicating actually helping myself, for my entire life. I tried some of the techniques on myself and it's infuriating that something that seems so very simple had such an immediate and massive effect.
Honestly, if I could sign up for all their courses right this minute, I would. Pity I'm not rich (yet)
The amount of frankly ridiculous for the price value I got just out of Coachflix is beyond words. I'm keeping that subscription in my annual new years cull of useless things that add nothing to my life, this stays, for sure, forever.
We all want value for our money, we want everything we want because we think it will make us feel better. I absolutely promise you, this actually will.
If you want to give yourself your best chance of utilising the compound effect of investing a little time and money now to see massive returns in future, please take this as your sign to join TCM. Thank me later

Lied to keep my money
Recently Lewis Raymond Taylor of the coaching masters held a red carpet event for his new Netflix documentary. I was invited to this event and bought 2 tickets to go along.
Unfortunately a family issue arose and I was unable to attend, I contacted TCM to get the tickets refunded as the event hadn't happened at this point and thought I could obtain a refund.
I had a reply from TCM stating they could not offer a refund, something that was not made aware to me at the time of purchase. I didn't accept this and contacted my bank to make a dispute.
My bank contacted TCM about this dispute and completely lied about the situation. They informed my bank that I did not contact them first to sort this issue (I have now sent the emails to my bank to prove I had) they also stated they run a 14 refund period, well I did contact you within the 14 days.
They are very quick to take your money and will try and get you to part with your money within very pushy sales calls, but if you need it back, they will fight, lie and cover everything up to keep hold of it.
What's more, TCM contacted me a day or two before the event to ask if I was attending. They then sold on the seats again! So not only did they want to keep hold of my money, the made money again on the same seats, seems like some of the things being said about Lewis in the media are very true.
I will carry on proving to my bank that TCM lied about what happened and once concluded I will how as many people as possible, and expose the statement they wrote proving the lies. Avoid this company at all costs.

Hi Chris,
First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us; we value any feedback we receive from our customers.
We would like to address the 14-day money-back guarantee, specifically for our courses. If a customer encounters any issue regarding the quality of our courses within 14 days, we offer a money-back guarantee.
However, it's important to note that the event you attended was a separate occasion and not connected to our courses, however our T&C’s cover any purchases that are made via our platform.
We have policies in place to not only protect our customers but to protect ourselves as a business, and like many events similar to our Netflix Premier you would not have the option to cancel your ticket and get a refund.
Lewis also advised that if you would not be able to attend you would be more than welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else during the live launch of the premier within The Coaching Masters Facebook Community which you can find here at 46:44: https://www.facebook.com/100014614787954/videos/1405777243706257/
Whilst we did make you aware you were unable to cancel and get a refund as requested, we did give you the option to sell your tickets to someone else, whether within the community or outside the community, this option was provided to all customers in the same position as yourself and they were able to sell the tickets on.
We would also like to reassure you that your tickets were not sold on by ourselves, we had a strict guest list and we needed to ensure we had all the names of of our guests who were attending, and as you had previously made us aware you weren’t able to come, we wanted to make sure your plans hadn’t changed and that our guest list was correct and up to date.
You are more than welcome to continue speaking with your bank and we highly recommend you do this, however we must note any chargeback requests are strictly against our T & C's.
We pride ourselves on fairness, and treating our customers the same, as you can imagine, if we refunded you and not the next customer, this would not be fair on either party.
We would also like to note that if someone is dissatisfied with a particular course, or there is another reason they feel that their experience has been disrupted at the fault of The Coaching Masters, we do not engage in deceptive practices to retain the payment and we will always work with the customer to ensure a resolution is made.
Our commitment at TCM is to prioritize our customers' satisfaction, evident in the numerous positive reviews on our Trustpilot page and our website.
Looking back at previous correspondence with yourself and the team, we can see we have gone to lengths to support you with your coaching journey, and as stated before by yourself you have been extremely satisfied with the courses you have taken with us.
We hope this clarifies your concerns, you are a valued member of the community and if there is anything further you would like to discuss please contact our dedicated customer service team at https://thecoachingmasters.com/contact/

If your ready to change your Mindset then is is for you.
I completed the Accreditation course in Sept 2022 - Dec 2022, I'm also working through my coachflix foundation course as well as the Expendtial Growth Course. I cannot thank TCM enough for change I needed on myself or for myself in order to make changes in my life. I cannot thank Lewis and Liam for keeping it real and genuine.Turning their personal pain, adversities into a positive outcome. They are 100% authentic
This Accreditation especially has helped me many times over since completing it. Has helped me through a burnout in Feb 2023 (caused by nursing role), changing of careers as well as the ignition to stop settling for less. Have met some amazing people with life changing experiences who want to help others as well as a great customer service support team especially Sarah. The Coaching Master course are well organised in their course content, assessments and with life access, modules have a wealth of information and tools to use.
I've been to university, I'm a nurse, served in the army reserves and a holistic therapist practitioner and the fact is, that like any other training you have to put in the work, the effort and have the passion to want to achieve the goals. TCM gives you the foundation to do that. My burn out was caused by me giving 150% in a career that under values, underpays and refuses to change its culture. The coaching course skills can be applied to your present job, future job/volunteering as well as your business. Nobody teaches you to be a coach in nursing but my natural instincts and skills has been enhanced with the coaching skills I've learnt and now applied to my colleagues and students issues/situations with great outcomes as well as with my holistic clients. So if your a people's person, empathic, always wanting to help others, turn your own life around then this is for you. Invest in yourself.but only if your willing to put in the work on yourself, facing your fears ...but doing it anyway.

Unethical MLM
A colleague of mine paid a whopping £4000 for two coaching seminars with this company and has been harassed via email, text and phone to pay more money for more "essential" training and to recruit more potential coaches ever since. In short, it is structured entirely like an MLM. A total scam.
A very easy Google shows this company has been dissolved and is not trading legitimately. I called to enquire about this and was shouted at very aggressively and hung up on, which did nothing to aid my concerns. I then commented on their Instagram account to see if I would get a better response that way and was instantly blocked (within 30 seconds!). Do not trust the positive reviews or comments because they are clearly heavily policing them. I smell a huge rat.

Dear Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Firstly, we couldn't find your details in our system, indicating that you're not currently a student with The Coaching Masters.
I'd like to address your concerns:
We want to reassure you that we are an official coaching academy and certainly not a "SCAM." Please feel free to explore our positive reviews and hear from our satisfied students who have successfully established their coaching businesses.
We do not pressure our students to pay more money. While we offer additional courses to further their education, enrollment in these courses is always the student's choice, and we provide support throughout their learning journey.
You mentioned calling us and being shouted at. Currently, we don't have an inbound telephone number, and most of our communication occurs via email and Zoom calls. Additionally, we couldn't find any record of emails you may have sent to the business.
To address your concerns about our company structure, we initiated a new company during an investment round in 2022. This new entity, The Coaching Masters Group Limited (Company number: 13902979), was established for cleaner records and eligibility for the Entrepreneurs Investment Scheme (EIS). The Coaching Masters is a brand representing multiple entities within our organization, with international incorporations under our U.K. holding company, The Coaching Masters Group Ltd.
We hope this clarifies your concerns. If your friend wishes to discuss this privately, please encourage them to reach out to us via our contact page at https://thecoachingmasters.com/contact/.
