This was a complete SCAM
This was a complete SCAM. Do not book this company.
They showed up 3.5 hours late. When I called the owner earlier, he told me they were “on the way,” which was clearly not true. Then I was told the job was completed… when in reality, they did not clean anything at all.
After my initial call, I received a vague text from an employee claiming she was “in charge” of the cleaning, but she never gave a time or any real update. She also claimed she had texted me the day before, which is not true.
The next morning, when I returned to turn in my apartment, I found that:
Nothing had been cleaned
The only thing they did was take the small items I had neatly placed on top of the fridge and throw everything onto the floor in a pile
That level of disregard and lack of professionalism is beyond unacceptable.
The owner later tried to justify this by saying the apartment “required significantly more work due to water damage stains,” which is completely irrelevant. I hired them for a standard move-out cleaning, not repairs or painting. This was clearly an excuse.
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. I have photos and text messages to prove everything.
Thankfully, my bank refunded me, but the experience was incredibly frustrating and stressful.
Avoid this company at all costs.
