I finally ordered these shorts in white. They are so thin that you see everything. Material is cheap and not as described at all. I contacted them to start a return. No response at all except the automated reply but no one has reached out to give me directions for the return. I'm stuck with a product i can't use.

Boy is this company crap! I ordered 2 pairs of jean shorts. The next day after I ordered the shorts I realized I ordered women's shorts by mistake. I sent an email and alerted them about my mistake and told them I would be sending the shorts back as soon as I receive them. I got no response. Now all of the sudden I am getting emails everyday about their products. But not a word about a return. I decided to do a little research on the company. As it turns out I went to their website and under contact they show their address in Moreno Valley, California about an hour from my house. I ordered the shorts on June 30th, told them to cancel the order the next day (which they didn't), and by July 21st I had not received the shorts. So I filed fraud on my credit card on the so-called company thecomfyshorts.com. Ironically the next day I received the shorts. Somehow I found an address on their website for someone named Janice Rawles with an address in Dallas, Texas. I mailed the shorts to that address. Today August 25th I received the shorts back from Janice in Dallas, Texas. So they are refusing my return. Whatever you do don't order anything from them. What they do is get an order and then order it from China. That's why they don't want to do returns. You have been warned on what to expect. Don't make the same mistake I made.

I can’t begin to say how frustrated I am! I should have read the reviews before placing an order. I ordered two pairs of shorts and when they arrived they were ABSOLUTELY HUGE! I immediately began emailing their customer service trying to return them, but after 5 separate emails to them with no reply, I guess I’m just out of luck! I would not recommend this company at all!!!

They sent wrong size and color. After emailing back and forth for a couple weeks they basically laugh in your face. The shorts are absolute cheap junk on top of it. Pocket lining is about the same a tissue. If you like to give your money away, go ahead a buy some shorts from these con artists.

I paid comfy shorts $69.93 for 2 men's shorts. I never received anything & it's been 6 weeks!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS TRASH!!! I DISPUTED THE CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND AFTER ALMOST 6 WEEKS WAS REIMBURSED!! DISPUTE EVERYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I HAVE SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS WITH THE FTC, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF OHIO, AND THE FBI ABOUT THIS SCAM COMPANY. DON'T TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS SCAM ONLINE COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order over a month ago, and not only have I not received it after paying $8.95 for shipping, but the order details now take me to a page stating "This site can't be reached." I've emailed them to cancel and refund my money and I only get an auto response saying they will follow-up but they don't. Now I'm going to have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. What a waste of time.

After over a month I received my package. It had one of the shorts I ordered, another I did not order and was way smaller than my size, and a thin pair of white no show socks with a letter on Christmas stationery that said the other shorts I ordered are out of stock and they’ll let me know when they are shipped. I tried to contact them twice via their website and got no response. The return address on the package I received had a lady’s name at an apartment in Texas. I wouldn’t attempt to order from them!

A month long wait for a very poor product. Men's shorts are crap. No good response from company. I ordered from Walmart and they hacked my order. Shame on them. DoNOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WJICH HAS MULTIPLE NAMES.

Terrible product. Crickets as far as a return from the company. I sent an email the day I received and have sent many follow ups. The company replies with generic email saying a follow-up will come within 1-3 business days. Total scam. Do not order from them.

Missing Item
I ordered 2 pairs of shorts. Only one pair arrived. I have sent MULTIPLE emails and cannot get anyone to respond. The shorts are fine, but I just want my complete order.

it has been over a month beyond my last review. the company has proven to be a complete scam. zero or negative stars would be better. no reply beyond a generic we will respond in 3 days, and that has even stopped. money out, useless product on its way back to the USA address. at some point one should declare they are crooks, as they are.

I wish I had read the reviewed beforehand. It’s a terrible product. It took over a month to get my order. The fabric of the shorts remind me of a laundry bag material . It looks like it can fit a child and not an adult. When I tried to track the package before it finally came, it disappeared. Customer service never got back to me. It’s a scam. I am going to try to get my money through my bank. The product came with no return instruction, no receipt. It’s crazy.

Took forever to receive my item. Then the fabric and fit were TERRIBLE. I followed their instructions to begin the return process and suddenly my tracking number disappeared as well as parts of the website. I haven’t heard back from them, so I’m just out of the money.

Waited over a month for the shorts. Got them today and they run very small. The size chart is way off. Tried emailing them for a refund but the email bounced.

After finally receiving my order weeks after I placed my order the fabric on the 2 pairs of shorts was horrible and they did not fit. I reached out to their so called "Customer service" for a return and refund; however, weeks later I still have not heard from them and I am still out my money.

I ordered two pairs of shorts and after waiting nearly three weeks for delivery, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in them. The fabric is paper thin, the fit is off and weird, they wrinkle so badly, and overall are not a good product. The white shorts are see through.

Ordered 6/5/25 and they just shipped today! Seriously, summer will be over by the time they arrive. Praying they fit right since I haven’t purchased anything else due to the cost of the 3 pairs I ordered. Not impressed!!! Would have been better off ordering and returning with Amazon until I got the right pair!!! So frustrated!

Even though the automated email says: "Please note that our response time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service."

Very disappointed customer. Not Im'm stuck with shorts that don't fit me and out of money.

Terrible fit. The sizing was completely off and the quality very bad. Customer Service would not respond to me after multiple times trying to reach them. Do not buy!!!

I ordered 2 pair of shorts, the label with my tracking number on my package had someone else’s name on it and was delivered to said person with their order in it. I sent numerous emails to customer service with proof of the wrong information that I had gotten from my local post office but it was the same response EVERY-TIME, that they care and will get back to me. When they responded they said the same thing every time…..”your order has already been delivered” SO FRUSTRATING, this company has ZERO customer service. It’s like they never took the time to look at the information I sent them. NEVER BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY!
