Quality is very poor only lasted 3 weeks and holes in pockets, stitching starting to come apart and the zip broke.
Rubbish communication and rubbish product.

I ordered two pairs of shorts. I don’t like the way they fit, so I initiated a return. After four emails about a return, still haven’t heard from the company. I had to file a consumer complaint so I can send the mediocre shorts back and get my money. Pathetic

I purchased the holy grail jeans off of comfy shorts . I ordered and paid end of Oct it didn’t get sent until end of Nov . Which means if they had to send when I ordered the strike would not of affected it .Anyhow 4 months later I get them and they are crap . I ordered my size and they are in no way how they explained them . Total lies in how they advertise these . It is ridiculous and he responses were not the nicest . I think I might have been refunded a little but I would not recommend . I have ordered way before strike and they just didn’t care . All I got was strike strike but I ordered in Oct . Ridiculous customer service and shitty product . I don’t give bad reviews unless it’s the truth and that’s are not worth the cash .
Sorry just being honest. I guess u shouldn’t buy jeans of a site called comfy shirts

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I ordered two shorts and did not like the feel when they arrived. I have reached out multiple times (3 so far) to return the shorts for a refund but have not heard back to the emails I sent (per their process).

Horrible company! I ordered 7 athletic shorts for men including tax $78.94, on December 15. They have given me NO feedback why they aren’t here on January 9th!! Even with my order number included trying to get results. And yet Facebook lets them continue to advertise big time with huge posts/ads!!!

This product does not match up with its very slick marketing strategy. Item delivered completely the wrong size and was cheap quality. Repeated attempts at customer service did not eventual to anything. Drop shipper from China through USA and then to Australia. What a waste of resources. Avoid this company at all costs.....

NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM... no update on the order, no order number given, terrible! The order came 3 weeks later and the "comfy shorts" don't fit! I have sent 5 emails to the customer service address with no response. DO NOT ORDER!!

These shorts fir horrible. I have sent multiple emails to them so I can return my order. They just keep responding with the the same generic email, which is no help at all.

Customer service never respond. They will send you your product. But trying to return for a different size will not happen. It took 3 weeks to deliver.

I am now reading the other reviews and I am having the same problem reported it thru Paypal to see if they could help me as I purchased it thru my account. NO response to return these horrible, cheap, china made shorts that dont fit, colors are off and fabric is terrible, boy I got scammed on this one!

BUYER BEWARE. The company has horrible customer service. Contrary to their Return Policy which states: "Eligibility for Returns and Refunds We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are available for products that are: Not meeting your expectations, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging", THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR REQUEST TO RETURN AN ITEM.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased.
The size was wrong - and they’re nowhere near as cut as they are portrayed online. I cannot get a response for my request for a refund or even an exchange.

The jeans they sent were the stupidest looking ...you can't even call them jeans! It looks like I made them and I cannot sew! SOOOO horrible.. there are no words. Tried emailing and only a "we will get back to you" email! Company SUCKS

Finally found ladies' tall cargo pants, or so I thought, so I order 2 pairs, total $87.93, including a tip,( sorry I did.) The size listed was XL/Tall=34" inseam. Pants were received on 7/11/24. What they sent me were 27" inseam. Per their instructions, I took pictures of the inseam with a tape measure to show they were only 27". After at least 8 follow-up emails, I got only prefabricated responses, and no instructions as to how to return for a refund or exchange. When I tried calling ComfyShorts' phone number it was constantly busy. I complained to the BBB (8/7/24) who told me they got no response from ComfyShorts, so they closed the case on 8/22/24 (# 22106347). The cargo pants were ordered on July 2, 2024. My 8 follow-ups were sent in late July, the last being 8/3/24. I would rate zero stars if I could, and do not recommend anyone buy from these people. SCAM!

Agree with other reviews. Definitely a scam. They didn’t return several of my emails for a return. Now I’m stuck with a very see through pair of shorts.

They never sent my order. They ripped me off for $21! I contacted them twice. They never responded-

Ordered several shorts of varying styles. The seams were sewn in squiggly lines, everything was cheaply made and they never replied back to my emails for returns.
