What an overall beautiful experience. The people at the CPAP store are amazing. There is no pressure to purchase from them. They patiently answer your questions and I had a lot of questions. The product arrived ahead of time, and was packaged well. The prices are the best anywhere. They also have amazing videos that are well thought out and explain all that you need to know about the CPAP equipment. I have no personal connection to the company.

Service was so much easier than others I contacted and a very friendly helpful voice when I called to ask questions when deciding which company to go with. My previous company that was good, left the province so I had to find a new provider.

Other major companies I contacted didn’t have the products The CPAP Store had, one even said “they have everything you need buy from them”, obviously not trying to win this order and future business. That made up my decision immediately to try The CPAP Store, and very happy I did. I got very fast delivery, (Canada Post Xpress), 12 items, all as I ordered. Will definitely order again when I need replacements. Their website was easy to navigate and find everything they sell(stuff others didn’t) some other companies were difficult to navigate, higher prices, or no prices unless you book a meeting with them to discuss your therapy! Why?
The mask I bought from The CPAP Store was 1/2 the price than my previous supplier!

A new CPAP user, I bought my machine locally (not The CPAP Store which is more than half way across the country for me) hoping to get great advice and help with getting a mask that fit well for me. Experience was so-so. Then I stumbled on The CPAP Store YouTube video reviews and advice on CPAP machines. Such excellent information!!! I emailed to inquire about eligibility for Alberta Blue Cross reimbursement and spoke with Lynn, she was extremely helpful in guiding me on achieving this and offered to provide me with a quote to submit for prequalification. I did not need that, but followed her advice to get approval prior to ordering. Once I placed my order she contacted me to let me know of a generous price drop that was about to go into effect, and she offered to give me the updated pricing. The clinic in Calgary was 3x the price I ended up paying. The fact that they were willing to give me back money I had already spent is almost unheard of in this day and age. This is the type of quality service you can only find in a few rare instances. I will forever recommend The CPAP Store to anyone and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and special attention I was given! Thank you Lynn, and thank you CPAP Store, you are all amazing.

My doctor referred me to one of the corporate sleep clinics and the prices quoted me were three times higher . I found the store in Surrey and got the exact same machines and better hoses and masks as well as cleaning accessories with great help from the staff. Now I can easily order accessories online as needed.

I like the CPAP store. They are well priced and have the name brands I look for. Took 1 star away because my last delivery got screwed up. They did not have the whole address. But it was rectified quickly and all is well. Good company to deal with.
