I needed a new C Pap mask, and as we all know, they are VERY pricey! I found one here, for probably as much as $50 less than everywhere else, plus I was able to buy some C Pap wipes, and soap and that put me at the $150 or more needed for free shipping, and I needed all these things anyway, and they were very reasonable priced! I am so impressed!! So easy, too, filled out the form, paid, and shipped to me all neatly packed and received !!

We ordered a part for my wife’s oxygen concentrator explaining we needed it in a hurry. The staff let us know when it was shipped and when we could expect it. Unfortunately, something happened with Canada Post shipping and the part did not arrive. We tried to work with Canada Post to find it but to no avail. We contacted the CPAP store again and they sent another part out priority post at no extra cost and we received it the next day. Sincere thanks for your excellent customer service. During a hospital stay my water reservoir and primary hose were damaged. None of the local sellers had any stock and one that claimed they did sent me the wrong reservoir. Twice. I found The CPAP Store online. Everything in stock, very fair pricing and reasonable cost for delivery. Ordered and received ship notification the next day. Arrived in two days although Canada Post misplaced it on delivery but I have everything now. All working perfectly. I will definitely use this company again because those reservoirs are pretty poorly made and hoses tear at the joints from time to time. A great service provider
