Hello, I wish you had contacted me before writing a review so I could have tried to sort the issue for you. I have checked what you ordered and I can see it was from a supplier not direct from The Crafty Black Dog. Please can I ask why you thought it would be better so I can look into this? .... Thank you for the update, I will liaise with the supplier and find out why for you.
Very happy with this
