Bad customer service & not worth it if you don't live in the US
I chose the Crystal Boutique because it said that they process their orders within 3-5 business days + shipping time. I didn't get any response to my e-mail that I sent a week later and only got a semi rude response on instagram. I received the order almost a month later and to make matters worse I had to pay a customs surcharge on top of the already expensive shipping costs. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store, esp. if you don't live in the US. The actual design was nice, but not worth the money or stress...

We were only just notified of this review and we are so sorry this happened! Our customer service team does not have any emails from you about your order. Upon further investigation, it does look like your order was fulfilled within our standard time frame; if the postal delivery was delayed we do apologize for that as we understand it can be frustrating. Customs fees/taxes are not applied at checkout, as every country is different and decides their own systems for applying those fees.
Please don't ever hesitate to follow up if you do not get a response, as our customer service team is always ready to help when we can! Again, we are sorry this was your experience and hope to see you back in the future so we can ensure all goes smoothly.
