I reached out to The Custom Packaging UK to have a series of product boxes designed and produced. Throughout the process I was changing ideas and adapting them, David who was looking after my enquiry was patient, attentive, listened well to all my preferences, informed me of alternative options that weren’t always the most expensive but ideas that fit my branding and my end goal. I would recommend using Custom Packaging for a few reasons, customer service was brilliant, quality of the actual box is amazing and a great competitive price, I cross references pricing across various different companies but they always came out cheapest! And lastly the items were delivered so quickly! Highly impressed! Can’t wait to re order my other packaging products!

THE PROCESS OF ORDERING BOXES ALTHOUGH IS LONG BUT IT IS VERY THOROUGH THE QUESTION WERE EASY TO ANSWER AND IF I DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING BRIAN WOULD EXPLAIN THE SIGN OFF FOR ARTWORK WAS QUICK.

They were great to work with. We had a very tight deadline and they turned it around so quickly...the boxes were even delivery early. All good quality and great print!

I 100% recommend this company. Chris really listened to me needs & delivered my packaging in speedy time & to a VERY high quality. I only needed very small quantities which most companies cannot deal with or if they can become far too expensive.
I have dealt with numerous manufacturers over the years and the custom packaging UK is up with the very best! My packaging was exactly what I visualised & the quality is exceptional. They went above and beyond any printers I have EVER worked with to ensure my product was absolutely perfect.
