It was very easy to find products very good quality and the reasonable price. I know the brand I was a bit worried about the delivery but all tracked and they always answered properly to any of my requests. Well done.

Initial delivery was a mess, as the packaging was not to the standard and my package had leaked, sent pic of damaged parcel and was replaced immediately without extra cost and no question asked, delighted by tge quality of service, will definitely recommend and repurchase.

This is a Scam by TheDesiFood online store.
I ordered 24 Mantra Organic Sambar Powder total of 5 packages. Guest what after two days they message via WhatsApp saying they no longer carry this item and they want to replace it with MTR sambar powder which is lower rice and not organic. The 5 packages cost RM56.16, but they only refunded RM52.79. Ask them where the balance RM3.37 is? They just reply without any payment slip proof and claim it is payment platform charges. The DesiFood online platform actually uses this kind of method to scam consumers by providing a service that they can’t fulfill orders but is best at scamming customers. Please everyone stop using this “TheDesiFood” online platform. I am very disappointed with this kind and Indian food online platform. Don’t get fooled by the catalog they provide you be scammed at last and regret it and lose your money.

I have ordered 5 times over past one year for some of my authentic traditional food items from India. Never had a single issue with them. Items are packaged well and delivery is within reasonable time. I can certainly tell the products received are of original brands and the overall experience with thedesifood has been smooth and stress free. Although I find product prices on higher side but highly recommend them if you are living outside of India and particular about certain branded Indian food products which are not easily available outside India.

Today I really got delighted - a postman rang at the doorbell, in his hands a small parcel all the way from India to the Netherlands.
Containing 2 jars of my cough medicine. It’s the only medicine that helps when my throat irritation sets in.

I initially had problems with them as no one replied to my 3 emails and WhatsApp (hence the 4* but as soon as i was sent the tracking link it was very smooth from there. I did not receive one 1 item i email back was given the refund..very happy with products will be shopping more. just wish the communication was a bit more on point
