The use of online was a bit quirky
Hi the use of the online store did not work correctly as I had to wait 2 days before it would allow me to finalise the purchase saying something went wrong.
Also it took quite a while to receive the items purchased although I realise Chistmas time makes it slower.

Take payment, don’t provide products, don’t provide customer service
I’ve been emailing and they state a 3-day response time, which is already unreasonable. It’s now been over a week with no reply. They’re taken payment, not delivered the product, and provided no customer support.

Bad experience, not recommended
After I placed my order then everything stops, no delivery, no response to emails, no calling option available, no response to Facebook or Instagram messages.
It has been almost 10 days since I made my order.

Poor experience with TheDOM
My experience with TheDom has been less than satisfactory to date. I am left with purchase NOT fulfilled and refund still to be received after more than 2 weeks of making purchase. This is not acceptable, particularly during this busy Christmas season and when reliance was placed on representations made on TheDom website that orders would be shipped within 48 Hours of purchase. A busy Black Friday/ Christmas Season should have been anticipated and resources allocated accordingly. It is poor excuse that there have been delays due to peak season. Some delay is understandable but more than 2 weeks is unacceptable.
Current processes and engagement through TheDome and with Customer Services have been more akin to a post box / concierge service rather than a purchasing one, which had I known, I would not have purchased through the website. There have been promises made but little effective action or solution as it would seem there is no ability to make decisions when dealing with or resolving issues for customers. Requests constantly have to be made to the particular Brand of purchase resulting in an unsatisfactory and frustrating experience.
With no other contact mechanisms other than through email (i.e. no human one can actually talk to, as there is no phone contact details), the frustration is further underlined.
I only purchased because TheDom was part of a communications email from MYER One. I will not be doing so again.

Order Delays and Poor Support – Avoid This Site
I placed an order on 10th December 2025 for 6 items. The website promised dispatch within 3–5 business days, but it’s now well past that and I’ve only received 1 item. I contacted support multiple times, but they keep sending the same copy-paste responses with no real update. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’m not sure if I’ll ever receive the remaining items. Strongly not recommended—avoid this website.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes, both from Adidas. I received one of the pairs but not the other. Without me having to contact Customer Service, I received an email saying that they were following up with Adidas and would keep me advised. The next email was a couple of days later to let me know that they had followed up with Adidas and again to keep me advised. The next email included a 15% discount as an apology for the time it has taken. The next email advised me that the runners had been dispatched, and I received them within a few days. I was very impressed with how customer service kept me informed and offered me a 15% discount. This is what I call great customer service. Thank you.
