The material (wood) for these pens is excellent quality. They write well and our logo actually came our much clearer than we were expecting. So we'll definitely be ordering from this company again.

Executive Advertising is great company with emphasis on customer service. I had some imprinting done on a pill box and being somewhat of a perfectionist, I changed the font and size several times. Obviously they had to keep sending me proofs each time. Even though order was small - only 100 units, it felt like they were treating me as if I was one of their largest customers. The order was also received rather quickly and the quality of the product was top notch. This added to the extremely reasonable price has made them my only choice when I need any type of personalized products in the future.

We ordered an unusual item, a clear coffee mug with a photo on the bottom as well as the side. They did a great job!

As I've explained to the very friendly staff of this company, their website should be set up to allow online reorders but it is not. Instead you can only reorder by phone which takes too much time through the process of varification and waiting for return calls etc.
