Our last order with The Executive Advertising was easy, fast and we were completely satisfied! We will use them again in the future!

Everyone I worked with at Executive Advertising was very friendly and helpful and the product was great and shipped quickly. One pretty major source of frustration, however, was that my product stated that there was a minimum order of 100 pieces so I ordered 110. A few days later, I was told that I had to order in quantities of 100 so I had to make the choice between having 90 extra bottles or being unable to supply all of the kids with their prize. At the admission of the customer service representative, nowhere on the item's page does it state that it is necessary to order in quantities of 100. It even states a price break at a quantity of 250, which makes no sense whatsoever. Even looking at the page today, it STILL does not make the quantity limitations clear. I asked the service representative to please make an exception since this was not stated at all during the ordering process and I was refused. So ultimately, even though the product was great, I will be hesitant to order again in the future. Please make this vital change to your website! You seem like a great company but this was very disappointing.

The Executive Advertising Company is fantastic! I am always happy with the items ordered. Also the team there is amazing. No matter what my request is they are always able to help and be sure that I am getting all of the discounts possible. Who doesn't want to save money! Perfect, smudge-free imprint exactly as I expected, lighting fast processing and shipping, best prices on the internet. They also happily complied with my special request and worked with me to tweak my design to make sure the imprint would come out crisply. This is my 3rd order with them and i couldn't be more pleased; they really cannot be beat.

I ordered graduation stoles a few years ago and they were wonderful and very well rec'd by the graduates. So when we needed to order more I searched "stoles" in my email folders hoping that an old email would come up. It did, so I wrote and asked for a price on a re-order. They quoted a competitive price and I submitted the new order. Very simple. Thanks.
