Products are great but getting expensive. Last order the shipment was a week late. Fed Ex said they didn't have my street number on the address and couldn't deliver. Very difficult to get a new delivery date.

While the App does not adjust the autoship address when one changes their profile/default address, support did help reship my order which went to the wrong address once we rejected delivery at the improper/old address

Ordered gels and got the free water bottle but got the wrong one, texted support that my granddaughters school are the roadrunners and that is the one I needed, someone was kind enough to send it to me separately, my granddaughter is thrilled and so am I

Terrible terrible customer service when you need to do a return or if you have a problem with your order. I’ve sent them multiple emails, texted, called and no response. I’ve had products come to me damaged, and I’ve had to do a return on a product with absolutely no help. I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges to obtain a refund. Will not shop there again. Do not recommend.

I always count on the feed. Very quick delivery, no issues. I only gave it a 4-star because I didn't get my "animals in the wild" bottle with the order. A bit bummed about that, but hey...I probably have a dozen bottles anyway.

Fast shipment and delivery, quality product and loved the extras!

I have had only great experiences ordering from The Feed since 2015. I had never had a single issue with an order, orders were always correct and fast. I recently had an issue with the packaging of a brand new product, contacted the support team with a description of the problem and pictures. They instantly replied and efficiently addressed my concerns. The Feed is such an amazing resource, giving everyone access to innovative product , and backed by an efficient Customer Support division. A+

Package was crushed by shipper. Collagen powder leaked into partially open feed box. I wrote the feed with pictures and asked for replacement. Not the feeds fault.

The Feed team does the good work over there, and we love them for it! I just sent my uncle home with a couple modern fueling products to try on his next run, as he still thinks the products from the early 2000s are all there is. Hopefully you all should have a new customer soon!

I am so appreciative of The Feed, both for their products and their outstanding customer service. I moved a few months ago and somehow my old address was still in my subscription account. An order I placed was delivered to my old address and I was unable to contact the new owner. I notified The Feed and they immediately send me a replacement order. Before it was shipped I was able to have a friend retrieve my other package and I notified The Feed to cancel the order. But instead they still shipped me the reorder at no cost. This is the kind of company I intend to do business with for a long time.

Shipping was 4 days late. Sucks to be charged for shipping and have it be that late

About a month ago I had 2 orders (in a row) that arrived damaged and lost products. I sent multiple emails and pictures to the Feed only to be ignored. I thought I was a valued customer and the was a SatisfactionGuarantee. Neither appear true. I have continued to order despite my dissatisfaction.
