This company is very sketchy. When you click on the website return policy it takes you to an oops page. I purchased 2 sizes to see which fit best. When I tried to initiate a return I'm told there is no order for my order #. If you try to email them it comes back undelivered. There is not other way to contact them. I don't recommend buying from this company

Ordering December without reading the reviews. My mistake. 2 shirts never delivered and emails unanswered.

I love all of the sayings on the shirts!! They are so cool and I always get stopped to read and asked where did I purchase. They wash well and I always get the flowy tank in 2xl to get the hang in front and back.

Something has definitely changed with this company over the past six months. I had a decent experience with them earlier in the year but not with my recent order on 11/8/24. I sent numerous emails to the customer service team without any response after waiting weeks for my order. I disputed the charge on my credit card and it’s pending. On 12/17 I received the t-shirts and one of them is damaged (a two inch hole down the side). I emailed requesting a return and no response. Ugh

i ordered December 1, including items from their Christmas line. i have had no update since - and have attempted reaching via Email and Social media. I am getting 2-3 emails a day with "buy now" offerings - Not a chance until I receive my order. If this goes any longer with no response and no order, I will be contacting my CC to report fraud

I placed an order last month and received somebody else's order. I have e-mailed multiple times with no response and have mailed the incorrect order back to the location it came from (it arrived there 12/2/24) with a note and still have yet to receive a response. I have also received multiple surveys asking how my order went which I have completed sharing that I didn't receive it and, still, no response.

As another reviewer has also stated, I have ordered from this company in the past with good results but this is fully unacceptable and I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge.

What happened to this company. I have placed several orders over the years always great.

I ordered $100 in rocket tees on Oct 30, 2024, I’ve never received and I’ve emailed several times and through Instagram and Facebook and ZERO response.

This company SUCKS, I’ve been charged and never received my products.

I would never order from this company again. It took me three weeks to receive my order then they sent the wrong size. I have since sent two emails to their customer service for a replacement to no avail. No one has responded. I would never order from this company again. Not to mention the fabric, what was completely substanstandard!!!!

I have ordered from this company in the past with no major incident. More recently I ordered $150 worth of Tshirts and have yet to receive them.Nor has the order status changed from “order received “ I’ve sent at least 3 emails with no response. Needless to say they lost a customer.

I ordered 3 shirts. They arrived in less than a week. The material is soft and comfortable and was good quality. I ordered a medium and then read reviews that they run small, so I was a bit concerned because I have a large bust, however, they fit great. They’re not even tight on me. So I would say true to size.

Had a hiccup with my order and immediately (5 mins) contacted the company with my issue. The auto response kicked in saying it could take up to 48 hours to get to my inquiry. Within the hour I had an answer and problem solved.

Sizing of shirts wasn’t correct. Had to email for a return/exchange (no refunds), they emailed me same day with RMA. Shirts were delivered back to them and the never sent the new ones. FOUR emails were sent and never answered, no phone number to call them. I’ve messaged on FB. They got sick on me writing negative reviews to warn other so instead of deleted my comments they’ve now blocked me. Found out after the fact that the state of MI issued a cease and desist order in 2021 for them/parent company for the SAME THING!!! Save your money!!!
